King hwi as always had her composure even when she's kissing her queen, but the queen on the other hand shaking to her knees. Well even if it's still all new and confusing for King Hwi this moment feels right and genuine. No one wants to break this kiss like before but eventually gravity ran its course as our queens knee weakens the longer they kissed, fear not because our King hwi is there to catch her queen as she looses her grip.
"My Queen, are you okay.." holding on close to her fallen queen, the concerned voice of the king deepens our queens desire. Tears start to fall from her eyes "no, I don't." queen ha kyung moves away from her hold and sits up straight facing away from her king. "I shouldn't have kissed you.." King hwi blurred out as our queen responds with out skipping a beat "yes, you shouldn't have" this reply almost cost king hwi to crash but the following words have made a deeper impact. "you shouldn't have kissed me, because now I know how it feels.. and I want more." queen ha kyung still turned her back to the king sobbing holding her chest closer as her heart beats faster than she ever experienced.
King hwi moves closer to hug her from behind to comfort her "I can't take this anymore, this is too much" queen ha kyung still holding on to her chest speaks openly "I should've stayed in exile, i would've been happier to be dedicated to you and live the rest of my life thinking about you, but now, you give me something I dared to dream, you make it a reality and give me the possibility of something more, .... ..my desire is growing and i don't know what to do with it" her tears drench every surface it touches as she held her heart tight.
King hwi turns her over and wipes her tears away from her cheeks, without a word she lays her down and starts kissing her hand removing from her chest and kept going.. This is the 1st time queen ha kyung felt both their heart beats fast and together in perfect rhythm. At first queen ha kyung stayed as still as she could, not to wake up if it's a dream but as time passed the passion took over both of them, making it hard to be anything but still. When king hwi has finally done exploring her queens body it left queen ha kyung to take over but somehow she felt not as an expert as king hwi as her expressions are very subtle compared to the queen. They both in unison surrendering to the night.

The next morning,
When queen ha-kyung woke up she noticed king hwi sleeping peacefully right next to her, still holding her hand as close as she possibly can. Queen ha kyung moves closer to her, admiring her handsome kings face that she fell harder for all these time. it's a rare site for the queen, king hwi always left early before she could wake up, maybe today the king needed more rest as she was exhausted from last night. Queen ha kyung leans over to kiss her handsome king but gets flustered. "you want more my queen, let me rest a little more, then we can continue" a comforting yet sleepy voice came over. "i don't want anything" a flustered queen replies quickly, but we all know she wouldn't complain.
The court lady and eunuch Hong enters the kings chamber, queen ha kyung straightens her appearance and our beloved king is still in bed. "that's new, it's usually the other way around" eunuch hong already started with a snarky comment as he enters. The court lady hits his arm as she walks in a hurry. "why did you decide to sleep here unannounced, everyone was looking for you in the morning and everyone gossiping how loud you both were last night" this defiantly made king hwi to sit straight. The court lady continues "I know you were trying to play along but don't be too obvious" eunuch hong continues "yes, what to do when they ask for a result to all your 'hard work'" he says casually crossing his arms.
Queen ha kyung unable to handle this as king hwi intervenes "we will make sure to sleep in queens chambers from now on" she sits up and court lady helps her out "yes, we made sure to have reduced guards and servants in queens chambers at night. it's better there" as she could finish they heard announcement of royal physician to enter. "here we go, speaking of the devil" eunuch hong comments as king hwi gives permission for him to enter. "you think i'm still not cured from the poison royal physician?" king hwi questions "i'm afraid the visits will be more frequent from now on my king" he responds checking on king hwi pulse. eunuch hong can't keep silent "seems you're way too concerned of the king now a days" to which royal physician responds "I work for the crown and it's my duty to worry about kings health specially when the command is straight from queen mother"
Physician checks up on the queen as well and the silence gets louder in the room. when he leaves king hwi opens up, "yesterday we had a huge discovery" when the court lady and eunuch hong gets curious our queen gets flustered not knowing what king hwi is about to say. we all know they discovered quite a lot last night. "I received a letter from my personal guard, he found a lead and mentioned he's so close to finding out where they took the cousin and the tutor, he said they were deeply wounded but seemed alive last time when some villagers saw them" as everyone rejoices here's our queens face with her faded happiness when she heard about the news.

How do you guys enjoy this story so far, in few chapters we come to the end of this story. hopefully this makes unto the void we all felt after the show. do plan to read the whole story from the beginning after it ends as i'm updating few structural changes making it more coherent as i finish each chapter. but ones i complete the story i'll leave it untouched for everyone to enjoy as it is, even with its flaws.
