eleven

it's now the beginning of April. April this to be exact.

over the past three months I have went home to visit my family. my mom told me my dad should be coming home soon. I was so excited. I missed my dad so much. I can't wait til he comes home.

right now I'm hanging out with Devin's mom. he went out to hang with some friends today. I'm going back home next week for graces birthday. I'll probably stay home for a while though. I miss my family and I really need to hang out with them.

my phone buzzes and I pick it up. I see its a text from devin.
'hey, babe. come to the park ;)'

I bite my lip.
"go, sweetie. I'll be fine here."
"thank you. I'll be back soon." sjbnkds and I rush out the door.

I'm wearing some high waisted shorts, a black sports bra and a gray cardigan over it. my black vamd matching y hair is down and wavy. my makeup is simple.

I walk the ten minute walk to the park. I look around for devin and freeze. of course this would happen.. he's fucking kissing another girl. again.

he has her pulled close and lips locked with her.

one of his friends hits his head. he pulls away and looks at him. his friend points to me. I turn around and run back to his house before i could even see his face.

I can't believe he cheated again. he promised he wouldn't. he said he loves me.

I enter his house and run to his room.
"hayden? are you okay?" his mom asks worriedly. i lock the door. I make sure the windows are locked and lay on the bed.
"hayden, please let me in. I'll explain." Devin's voice rings out. I ignore him and pull my phone out. I text my mom telling her to come get me. she doesn't question but says she'll be herd soon.

I hurry to pack my belongings and set it by the door. I ignore everyone's pleads to let them in. I can't face them.

I lay back on his bed and cry into his pillow. I eventually fall asleep.

my phone ringing is what wakes me up.
"hello?" I answer.
"I'm in the driveway, baby."
"okay." I hang up and go to the bathroom.

I quickly wash my face and pukk my hair into a messy ponytail. I grab my phone and suitcase. I unlock the door and quietly leave the room. as I go down the stairs, I can see everyone in the living room. his mom looks over and pain shoots through her eyes. she them looks at devin and glares.
"mom, I know what I did was wrong but please, stop glaring at me."
"no. you're making her leave, devin." his head snaps to me and I look away. I can't see the pain in his eyes. I won't look.

he rushes up to me.
"baby, please don't leave. let me explain. please.." I shake my head and look down.
"were over, devin. I let it slide the first time but the second time, no. I love you but its over.." I don't wait for a response. I just leave him standing there and walk out the front door.

I let my mom have my suitcase and I get in the front seat. I say hi to grace and buckle up.
"can we go?" I ask quietly. she nods and starts the car up. she backs up and we take off to home.

is only a month later. devin hasn't stoles calling or texting me. I ignore them all of course.

I've been having out with mom, grace and Ellie alot. although, I barely talk. I do talk, just not as much. after sting what devin did, I shut down. I wasnt as talkative, bubbly or sociable. I shut down.

i have taken a liking to drawing. but all I draw is devin. I can't stop drawing him. I have a box full of drawings.

I never knew I could draw. my mom knew. and said I would always draw when I was younger.

a knock at my for causes me to stop drawing yet another picture of devin.
"sweetie, were going out to dinner with another family tonight. is fancy and I bought you this dress. ellie is going with you. be ready in two hours." I sigh and nod.

I put down my pencil and sigh add she lays the dress on my bed. she kisses my cheek and leaves, closing the door.

I showered this morning so I won't need another. I quickly go to the bathroom to plug in my curling wand. as it heats up, I do my makeup. just some waterproof mascara and eye liner. a winged look for my eye liner. I add a smokey look and then continue to curl my hair. after I finish, I tease my bangs and bump them.

an hour and a half later, I'm fine with my hair. I quickly go to my room and look at the stress. it's for length. it looks long put that will work out when I put my heels on. it's all black and has sleeves. it skies some cleavage. and my leg can be seen. I love it. but it looks like something devin would pick out.

I ignore it and put it on. I add the ring devin got me for Christmas. I slip my heels on and grab my phone.

I head downstairs. I see my mom in a beautiful dress. and Ellie. my mom wears a white gown it showing some cleavage too. it looks gorgeous on her. her hair is in an updo. Ellie is wearing a green dress. it shies cleavage, some of her side and one if her legs. her hair looks like mine too.

I smile at them.
"you look gorgeous." I say.
"you too, baby." my mom says. "ready?" "wheres grace?"
"my mom is watching her." Ellie says. I nod.

we all old our dresses up and head to the car.

time to go to dinner with this mysterious family.
