5 Months had passed since uppermoon one and two have been exterminated, such a short time has passed yet so much has happened and left big effects on the small world of demon slayers.

Due to the effect caused on giyuu from uppermoon one, his condition only got worse as he would get constant irritating headaches, he practically never slept and if he did it was it was only to last an hour before he awoke again panting in the middle of the night, he felt guilt for everything that has happened in his past, giyuu distanced himself away from everything and everyone, and lastly his suicide thoughts worsened, due to the demons effect giyuu was on the brink of death in less than 2 months yet continued for the sake of tanjiro,nezuko, and sanemi as he felt the need to ensure their safety afraid of going back into the same cycle he had with sabito and his sister.

Ever since these harsh conditions on giyuu worsened, he had no motivation to even leave bed most of the time resulting in hashira work to be unfinished and other hashiras would struggle trying to contact him or would be mad with him, sanemi was left wondering if giyuu would ever come back to him or what would happen if giyuu gave into the thoughts that ran through his head over and over again like a same dream that always comes back to taunt you, Sanemi knew from the day they eliminated the demons that things would take a turn for the worse, especially since it was Giyuu who had been chosen, the one hashira who was, in fact different from the others. Yet at the same time Sanemi just doesn't know how to save the poor boy, he's never really understood love or how to express it leaving him stuck in the mud only to wait and see what happens.

That's what sanemi was like at first anyway, but things can change a person in a month and it only takes one solution to teach a hopeless romantic the way to love and accept it, Kanroji Mitsuri. The love hashira who understood the situation best and knew just how to help.

Which is why a month and a half after the mission, Sanemi mustered up the courage to talk to Mitsuri and entrust her on everything he would tell her about his feelings for the raven blue eyed boy and he would ask questions in hope of a way to get closer to Giyuu, not only for his own sake, but for Giyuus too.

The exact day sanemi spoke with mitsuri, sanemi had also got himself a wing man, or in this case wing woman? Mitsuri had helped Sanemi out since he opened up, she would help him learn and understand what would be best for him in giyuu or how to understand someone you love better.

This went on for four months until sanemi decided he was set and had learned enough, on the last day he thanked Kanroji, now respecting her as she has helped him out alot, although he couldn't say he had the best time learning from Kanroji, saying how a certain multicolored masked person was always glaring at him from a distance in though that he was trying to get with Kanroji, other than that sanemi was at good stand with the love hashira now.

But enough of that, let's continue to the time as of today, Six months after the mission, at the water hashiras estate.

It was a windy day, the sun was hidden behind a layer of massive clouds that overcame the sky’s as if it was nothing but mere snow on a winter day, fortunately for these two hashiras it wasn't raining or else that would've been way much worse.

A hashira in a butterfly patterned haori that was to look just like wings of one, and a hashira and white walked along the gravel like surface as they entered through the two well held up pillars and into the property of the water estate with the goal of meeting with Giyuu Tomioka set in mind, after all this was pretty usual now, ever since Giyuu had the halo,  Shinobu and Sanemi were seen a lot at the water estate to check on Giyuus condition and make sure he was safe from any future dangers.

The hashiras entered the estate and called out the third hashiras name awaiting an answer in response therefore they could find Giyuu much easier, rather than searching the whole estate for the young man, “in here” murmured a quiet voice.
