Cale just realized he's soon bound to get buried in paperwork. That bastard of a Hyung-nim reminded him of a very scary reality.

His slacker life's just popped like a bubble.

It seems to get married and a slacker life is not meant to be.

He indeed signed up for this with a slacker life in mind but yeah, anyway—at least he has another two adorable kids cooing at him right now.

Cale protectively wrapped his arms around his son. Unlike Amara, his son, Aziel, is a restless baby. Amara sleeps like a log and wakes up at a fixed time, but Aziel is different. He preferred to be carried by himself rather than his grandfather. But his son seemed to get the wrong idea of Vicross as his Daddy rather than him.

Of course, Cale was aware of the grandparent's friendly competition to determine who was the favourite grandpa. As if the kids already knew who was who.

"Grandpa's are noisy, right?" He cooed and his son giggled. He sat on the rocking chair. He gazed at the bed where Athanasia and Amara were sleeping soundly.

"This is peaceful."

He never thought he'd get married and all, but... he's currently the happiest man alive.

I will settle things with that former emperor after I talk it over with my bastard father-in-law.

Especially when he is making money from these old hot granddaddies. He is becoming wealthy simply by providing wealth to his children.

"wahh."

Cale cooed at his son and gently rocked him in his arms. Aziel settled down quite fast, so he fed him milk.

His son looked exactly like his mother but he got his reddish-brown.

Hah. He used to be horrified by the prospect of starting a family. He did not have a good relationship with his family. He had parents he had no recollection of. An uncle who cared for him but abused him. His life as Kim Rukso was so difficult that he decided not to become the protagonist of his own story.

He did not pay much attention to love because it was a luxury for others but not for him.

Even when he came here and lived as Cale, he struggled to keep himself from doing things he later regretted.

However, Deruth wasn't that bad of a father at all. He may have been an indifferent father to him but he is a good provider. He had Ron watch over him and raise him when his father could not. Ron was the best father figure that he had.

Cale—no, the current Roksu treasured Deruth and Ron.

Eruhaben is one of his current father figures as well. He is the type who is intense but overprotective. He had a father figure who was always there for him.

There is also Fredo. The amusing father figure who teases him every now and then. He is much more relaxed and easy to get along with.

Cale looked at his son. He hears a soft cry from the bed. He looked over at his daughter, who was staring at the ceiling. He got to his feet and took his daughter in his arms. He fed her and her brother milk at the same time.

They say that children make people the happiest. They are treasures that are more valuable than all the wealth in the world.

Cale smiled.

Ohn and Hong jumped on his shoulder, while Raon made a pillow of himself behind Cale's head.

They snuggled close to him until all the children fell asleep. Cale leans calmly against Raon, kissing Ohn and Hong's heads and holding the babies in his arms.
