Across the sea of stars and the river of time, beneath the very fabric of the universe existed an empty void. An abyss of nothing but darkness. A place where broken universes are brought down and left to rot and die in it's dark depths.

The End.

The end is a place beneath all in existence where corrupted life goes to die. All negativity and corruption in the multiverse flows through here and the darkness feeds on it.

Since before time even existed, The End was there fill it's gluttonous maw with the filth of the multiverse.

One day, a chunk of this filth accumulated little by little until it got bigger, and bigger, and bigger.

And finally, from this clump of negativity and destruction, The entity was born.

It was a wiggling shapeless slug. It's form was unstable because of the multitude of negative energy flowing through it.

When it gained sentience, it's first thought was to consume. And so it did.

It ate,

And ate,

And ate,

And ate until it was stuffed full of negativity and corruption.

As time went on, it's power grew. It was no longer satisfied with the same old despair it was fed everyday. It wanted something new. It wanted something fresh and raw. It didn't simply want to consume the negativity that fell within it's lap. It wanted to create it with it's own hands.

"What a divine taste it would be to my gluttonous maw. To destroy a world with my own hands and taste first hand the despair I cultivated."

Now, using it's newfound power to control the negativity swirling within The End, it decided to create an army of lesser beings like himself. His own followers of whom would witness the carnage he'd being upon the multiverse.

The of it's kind it created, was one on almost the power scale as the entity. It would act as the entities second in command and most devout of it's followers.

But something went wrong.

Someway, somehow, in this endless void of negativity and filth,

A drop of compassion found its way into the mix.
