Black matter Pt.2

Black matter is known for it's magical properties that can enhance a human's magic capabilities, but at the cost of severe side effects.

However, inside of every fiber of black matter contains two typed of properties. One that boosts magical abilities, and another that deteriorates them, which is the cause for why takin it is dangerous and can harm the body.

Overtime scientists have been able to isolate the properties separately from each other and use them for various things.

For the negative properties, they are most famously known to be used in the creation of black stars.

When the god of light, Soliana, makes stars for them to be distributed to the public for various different uses, she receives shipments of the negative properties of black matter in order to fuse them with regular stars which create black stars.

The negative properties can also be mended into various items that will infuse it with it's effects. For example, every police officer is equipped with handcuffs that are specially made with negative properties of black matter infused in them in order to prevent criminals from being able to use their magic.

Similarly, it can also be turned into a liquid state and are also used in syringes that inhibit someone from using their magic for a specific period of time. Depending on how high the concentration is, it can disable someone's abilities from 1 hour to several days. Officers also carry these on them in case of emergencies.

For the positive properties of black matter, it's used in purple stars, which help to heal people with magic based illnesses, and green stars, which help people with magic deficiencies in their needed area of assistance.

The formula that has been developed was meant to be kept as a top secret formula by the governments of the world, but somehow due to an inside job, a whistleblower leaked the information, and now it's contents are out there somewhere deep in the underworld.

It's quite difficult to find someone with this information, and if you do it would be sold at a price of at least 5b yen and at most 100b yen.
