27- Mustering the courage

My mom told me that Nathan is here. I didn't want to meet him. I was sure he was here to brainwash me.

We sat in my room and started talking,

Nathan: So how's you??

Neo: I'm doing okay.

Nathan: Let's go to my house for fresh air.

Neo: I don't want to get out of my bed. You can talk to me here if you want to.

Nathan: Let's go to my home. We can do fun. I know what you were going through was painful. Let's go.

Neo: What if you called Tim there?

Nathan: I'll not- I'm telling you. My mother is home. It will be only us.

I didn't want to trust his words as he had already lost all my trust in him when he started siding with Tim. But I thought maybe he is really thinking about me. But I didn't want to risk it over.. I was scared. What if Tim is there- they can do anything - anything bad with me if I'm alone there..

Neo: Go wait in the living room I'll be there once I change my clothes.

He nodded and went to wait in the living room. I decided to tell everything to my brother.

I knocked on his door and went inside, I told him everything without missing any details about everyone I met and talked to in the past these years.

Noah: WTF!! This much happened and you decided to tell me all this now!?!

Neo: You know I was afraid of dad and I knew you were busy preparing for your entrance exams. I didn't want to bother you.

Noah put his hands of my shoulders and with a warm voice he assured me,

Noah: Listen! You never bothers me. I'll always be there for you. I'll talk thing out with THAT FCKIN PEICE OF SHIT!!

Neo: Calm down! For now I need your help.

I went to living room and announced,

Neo: If you allow my brother to come with me at your home only then I'll be.

Nathan: Your brother? Why?

I held my brother's hand tightly and repeated Myself again..

Neo: I'll go if my brother will go too. If not then I'm staying here I have no issues.

Nathan: Okay sure.

We were on our way to Nathan's house. We got really close to the house when he declared,

Nathan: I'm sorry Neo. I had no option. Tim was asking to meet you. I - I really tried to... You know I told him not to. But he wanted said maybe you'll change your decision when you meet him in person. I'm sorry friend... Just tell him whatever you feels on the face.

My heart started beating fast... I thought he broke the trust again... Traitor I chuckled it off..

Noah looked at me and clenched the wrist in agression. I replied,

Neo: Let's tell him this thing face to face. I have to deal with him today. If after this day he can't get this thing inside his head then he should just jump over that fckin roof.

I said in agression even though I was nervous I still walked inside.

We sat on the couch when Nathan called Tim out of the bedroom, Nora was also there but inside the room.

Tim came out and tried to sit beside me but Noah left no space on the couch so Tim had to sit on the chair at the front. He said,

Tim: You are looking good. (Passes a smile)
