The car starts moving and Jimin settles comfortably in his spot. He plays with his fingers and looks outside his window for a few minutes. He knows he has to talk about their agreement, but he's unsure of how to start the conversation.
"Can we talk about this?" He finally asks, turning his attention back to Taehyung. "I mean about how this all works. I just...want to make sure that we're both on the same page."
"Oh, yeah. Of course, sorry. I guess we should've talked about that the first time," he replies. "I'm just as new to this as you are," he adds. "Is there something wrong?" Taehyung asks.
"No," Jimin whispers. "I just want to make sure we both know how this works. I don't want to be worried about doing something that I maybe shouldn't," he explains.
"Something like what?"
"I mean, I don't know..." Jimin trails off. "Not being available?"
Taehyung laughs and shakes his head.
"You don't have to be available all the time," Taehyung assures. "I know this time I randomly asked and thankfully, you could. But I promise I won't do that again if it bothers you. I'll text you," he suggests. "I'll make sure to text you. Can I do it, even if it's not to see each other?" Taehyung asks.
Jimin frowns.
"Yeah?" He asks back. "What do you mean? Like...all the time?"
"Yeah," Taehyung whispers. He's looking forward and he seems a bit tense. Maybe he's worried. Maybe he's as unsure about this as Jimin is. "Whenever I want to talk to you, maybe."
"Only if I can, too," he replies.
Taehyung's lips break into a smile and he nods.
"You can text me or call me whenever you want, Jimin."
Jimin looks down to his lap. At least now he knows he can text or call Taehyung without overthinking about it. It's clear that the older one wants to speak to him more frequently as well.
"And what about the agreement?" Jimin asks. "Am I gonna continue dancing for you?"
"For as long as you want," Taehyung replies. "I mean, if I could, I'd see you dance every single day. So, on my side, I don't think I'll want to stop meeting up any time soon. But whenever you want to stop, we can. Don't hesitate to tell me, yeah?"
Jimin hums.
"I'm fine with continuing until whenever we want to stop," he agrees.
Taehyung nods.
"It doesn't have to be limited to dancing," Taehyung says. "I mean, I'd like to take you out. We can go anywhere you'd like. I don't mind buying you anything you need, as well. Just tell me and we can get it."
Jimin feels his cheeks heat up. He knows Taehyung had mentioned that he deserved to be pampered, but he didn't know that he actually meant buying him whatever he wanted. He doesn't think he'll feel comfortable asking for things, just like that. Dancing, he can consider something professional, but receiving something so out of nowhere is different.
