“I’d like that,” he murmurs, taking the glass to his lips and finishing up the water. “Can I just...freshen up? I’m all sweaty,” he mumbles.

“You can take a shower,” Taehyung suggest. “I can lend you clothes. I’m sure I must have something that I haven’t opened yet.”

Jimin snorts. He’s not surprised that Taehyung has clothes that he hasn’t worn yet. He smiles at Taehyung’s confused expression and nods.

“Sounds good,” he assures. “Where can I shower?” He asks.

Taehyung takes him to the guest room and tells him he’ll leave the clothes on the bed so he can change when he’s done. Jimin takes the most relaxing shower he’s ever taken. It’s not that he doesn’t get to shower like this at home, but somehow, in such a wide space and with such fancy looking stuff, he feels much more freshened, he feels much calmer and he can’t stop thinking about going out to Taehyung and hopefully spending some nice time together.

He shakes his head as he dries his body and changes into the clothes Taehyung had left on the bed. They’re big on him, but just plain sweatpants and a loose shirt, similar to what he normally wears. They smell nice and clean. It sounds weird to say but they also smell like Taehyung, the particular smell of his cologne is impregnated to the fabric and makes Jimin feel as if he’s actually wearing his clothing.

He smiles to himself and finishes toweling off his hair, before leaving the room and making his way back to the living room. Taehyung is already sitting on the couch, typing away on a laptop. He seems stressed out all of a sudden. Maybe something work related popped up. Jimin doesn’t want to be disappointed but if Taehyung is busy, he shouldn’t stay around.

“Is everything okay?” He asks, as he awkwardly stands in the middle of the living room.

Taehyung’s eyes shoot up to him and he nods quickly, closing his laptop and setting it on the center table.

“Just a few work emails I had to check,” he assures. “Here,” he murmurs, standing up and grabbing the towel from Jimin’s hands. “The control is in the first drawer, you can turn on the TV and search for a movie in Netflix,” he suggests.

Jimin nods, even though he’s still unsure.

“Are you sure you’re not busy? I don’t have to stay,” he says.

“No, no,” Taehyung is quick to reply, shaking his head. “It’s okay, I promise. Unless you have to go?” Jimin shakes his head and shows Taehyung a smile. “Good. I want you to stay, please.”

Jimin is endeared by his soft words. He nods.

“I’ll chose a movie, but you’ll be obligated to watch it. Just letting you know.”

Taehyung laughs and assures him that he’ll see it no matter what. As Taehyung disappears into the kitchen, Jimin goes in search of the remote control and settles on the couch comfortable, bare feet hiding under himself as he folds his legs to get into a comfortable position.

Taehyung comes back when he’s still in the middle of searching for a movie. He groans as he takes a seat right next to him and Jimin struggles to pretend he doesn’t notice just how close he is. Jimin would only have to lean a bit to the side and he’d be resting on Taehyung’s side.

“I haven’t found a good movie to watch,” he murmurs, placing to control on Taehyung’s thigh. “You choose one.”

Taehyung laughs and takes the control in his hand, pressing a button and making the movies change and change until he presses play on one.
