Jisoo laughs slightly out of embarrassment and continues to read, Haein doesn't look at her this time, he is still in his thoughts and Jisoo is a bit out of her mood too.
"Okay, that'll do for today, let me make you some coffee."
"Coffee? with this?" He points at the machine, in his past, it's always the maids that made coffee for his parents and he doesn't even know a coffee machine looks like this.
"Yeah, my mom always makes me coffee using this, it's a very old machine now but I just love it so much." Jisoo starts making coffee and follows all the instructions while her mom used to make them.
It doesn't take long when the smell of coffee leaks through the machine, the steam that continues to flow out of the lid fills the whole cell. Jisoo carefully pours out some coffee in a white mug for him and pours out another cup for herself.
"Haein, do you know that if you drink coffee, it will erase all your bad memories?"
"Really? Do you think I could do that?"
"Why don't you try it yourself?" Jisoo smiles tenderly and passes him the mug. She sees that he is really hesitating to drink the coffee so she takes a start.

"What memory should I erase today......Oh, I'll erase the memory that I was singing along with the music in a bookstore, it was so embarrassing because literally everyone was staring at me without me noticing it right away. " Jisoo drinks a sip of the coffee and proceeds quietly. "The memory is erased now."
"Wow that's so amazing!" Haein is feeling excited and he immediately brings the coffee to his mouth, but it takes some time for him to think of something to erase. A minute has passed and Haein looks at Jisoo hesitantly, and after a battle with his own heart, he finally speaks.
"I hurt you when you first became my doctor, I caused you pain and I want to erase the memory." Haein says softly and takes a sip. "The memory is erased now."
Is he apologizing?
