Super Sides: Orange's tail

chapter 4

"Yes I built a time machine" 

"Not that I care but why have you gone back to 2009?" 

"2009 was the year Remus and Roman turned 13" 

"What are you going to do to them?" 

"If you let me continue, I'll explain"  Janus made a continuous gesture so Orange continued "I had just landed in the year 2009. The first thing you do when you time travel is find out the date and time of where you are and match the fashion..So I ….. "

Orange pressed a button on the time machine so it struck down to pocket size and put it in his pocket before sneaking into the town centre. The streets were covered with market stalls so it would be either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday because those are market days. He watches as someone throws away a recently brought newspaper before going over and reading the date on it. 

"1st july 2009" 

A couple of days after the twins received their first powers. 

Orange stole someone's wallet straight from their pocket before going into a clothes store and buying some clothes that someone his age would wear in 2009. The clothes were a white polo shirt and light blue jeans. 

After changing his attire, Orange headed to the creative twins childhood home. The twins lived in a beautiful home. The house wasn't that big but it was painted white. The front garden was covered in flowers. The front of the house was beautiful. The back of the house though looked as if a bomb had gone off. Everything was destroyed. Broken toys were everywhere. There was a massive hole in the ground. The back of the house was all burnt and you could see the plan brick. The back was horrible.  

Orange slowly sneaked through the kitchen window and into the house. Orange didn't have to look around long before he found the whole family. The family was in their beautiful, cream coloured living room. The twins were sitting on the sofa. Well sitting is a loose term. Remus was upside down with his legs over the back of the sofa. Remus was wearing green short shorts (almost booty shorts) and a green shirt that had been ripped to be a crop top. He had long messy red hair and on his face, he had drawn a moustache. Roman was wearing a red shirt with a crown on it and white jeans. His red hair was short on the sides and fluffy but neat on top. He was sat with his legs crossed. The twins' parents were standing in front of them talking very loudly. The mother (a red head in a yellow summer dress) looked upset and scared while the father (a brown haired man wearing a business suit) looked angry. Orange smirked as he listened to the conversation. The mother was the first to speak. 

"He's not evil, Romulus. He's just a bit different that's all" 

"He destroyed the back yard Judy" 

"I know but he's only a child" 

"A child with abnormal powers. It's not right. No one should have powers. Especially him" 

"You don't complain when Roman uses powers" 

"Roman is smart. He uses his powers for good and he has Creativity not disruption. But that doesn't mean I'm happy about it. How come we, the most Normal non powered couple end up with those freaks" 

"They are not freaks Romulus. Yes they have powers but their not freak and Remus will grow out of this craziness and will stop destroying things" 

"I'm off to work judy. When I'm back I want proof that I'm right or that he no longer lives here. Do you understand?"

"H-how am I meant to find proof of if he is good or bad?"

"Do you understand Judy?" 

Judy nods so Romulus storms off slamming the door shut. Judy turned to her kids and sighed "what are we going to do?".
