P.O.V William

I wasn't even mad at her; I was mad at myself for having to bring her here in the first place. I found Riley in the hospital wing that was just down the hall from the dining room. He sat next to Kyla as Jen got out the football. "So who is ready to crush the other team?" Riley Jumped up and hugged me. He kind of reminded me of Ally's little brother Lyle. "So who is on Dua's team?" I could taste the disgust on my tongue as I spoke his name.

Jen caught it right away giving me a questioning look before answering my question, "Kyle, Sarah and Rick."

Riley was wheeling Kyla out of the room; probably taking her to the yard I watched them as they went laughing. "They sure are getting close" I said looking back at Jen.

She let out a small laugh, "Yeah they are almost inseparable these days." She stared at the door they left through.

"Hey not to be rude, but how does that work you know with the whole siren thing." She glared at me. "I said I wasn't trying to be rude."

She shook her head and threw the football at me. "Because it doesn't matter to him what she is."

"Jennifer, He's thirteen."

She rolled her eyes and I knew exactly what she would say before it left her mouth. "You were younger Will." I shook my head; as she walked to leave out the door, "By the way you're right, she's absolutely beautiful." She threw over her shoulder, before disappearing behind the door. I chuckled following her out.

As soon as I stepped outside Riley demanded my attention in the field next to the pool. He wanted to talk strategy before anyone else got here; He was worried about prying ears. Our version of football was cheating, and so very intense. Each player has an advantage that the others don't, it's completely unfair. My speed and strength was what made me unstoppable. Riley being a telekinesis could move the ball with just his mind making it go wherever he wanted. He is the reason why we have the rule that one hand must be on the ball when making a touchdown; otherwise no one else would win. James could mess with your mind, one second you have the ball and the next you're giving the ball to the opposing team. Jen didn't have any ability that could be used in this game, she was only a healer, but she ran fast.

Adam, he could see your next move before you knew what you wanted to do. Sarah was pretty average but she was a really good player and very competitive. Kyle was really smart and excellent with coming up with strategies for the team. And Rick He was Strong and a witch yes, he has a broom stick and all. He didn't practice like a normal witchcraft he preferred potions over spells. But when it came to the game he knew some pretty good knock back spells, they were the most irritating thing and the only thing that managed to slow me down.

"William?" I brought my gaze to Riley, "Are you even listening to me?"

I smiled, "Yes you said to keep your focus on Adam always so he didn't know who was doing what." Riley smiled, pleased that I knew what he wanted, it was the same thing he said every game. Riley dismissed us till everyone else showed up. The first person to show up from the opposing team was Sarah. She tried to hold my gaze but I pretended to not see her, Sarah had a thing for me and she didn't care who knew.

The next person who stepped outside took my breath away, I should be used to the effect she had on me, but I know I never would. If the day ever came where she didn't have her hold on me the whole world would fall apart, literally. She wore a blue summer dress that fell past her knees. Her hair hung in soft curls that shined in the sunset at the slightest movements. And when she turned those deep green eyes my way all the anger I had before just fell away. She smiled showing her perfect set of teeth. I smiled back as Allyson made her way to me.
