☾☽
The midday sun cast a warm glow on the bustling streets. You held on tight to Taiju as his motorcycle raced through the heart of Tokyo, vibrant energy surrounding you. The city's diverse districts passed in a blur, the rhythmic purr of the engine echoing your heartbeat.
Skillfully navigating the busy thoroughfares, Taiju brought the thrilling ride to a smooth stop in front of one of Tokyo's finest restaurants - The Baratie, known for its exquisite cuisine and huge aquarium inside. Taiju, with a casual smile, lifted his helmet, extending a hand to assist you off the bike.
"What's your favorite number?" Taiju asked, out of the blue as he led you towards the entrance of the restaurant. You took a moment to think about it before answering, "(y/f/n), what about you Mr. Shiba.."
"555" He stated quickly and surely.
You stopped on the sidewalk, looked up to him with a puzzled glance, "Why 555?"
"Its an angel number... every time I see appears it brings me a sense of comfort."
You looked up at him, the sunlight sparkling in his blue hair, as he quickly changed the subject.
"Hungry?" he quipped. His eyes reflected sunlight as you stepped into the inviting ambiance of one of Tokyo's culinary gems.
You simply nodded, dazed in amusement as you looked at the sophisticated and charming front doors that mirrored the mouth of a fish.
There was no way he could just walk into the most hard-to-get-into restaurants, right?
As Taiju confidently strode forward, the waiter immediately noticed him, a respectful nod accompanying the question, "The usual, Boss?" Without missing a beat, Taiju confirmed, "Yes, Hiroshi." The waiter then gestured towards a private table nestled next to a massive aquarium that dominated the elegant restaurant.
"Right this way," Hiroshi said, leading them through the upscale ambiance with dimmed lights and the soft murmur of patrons. The private table, strategically positioned next to the aquarium, offered a captivating view of underwater life. Taiju held out a chair for you, and as you settled in, the waiter discreetly left with a promise of returning shortly.
Your disbelief lingered, but there you were, enveloped in the luxurious atmosphere of a renowned Tokyo restaurant, all thanks to Taiju Shiba.
Your body melted into the velvety cushion as the blue illumination of the aquarium sent shadows over the table, capturing your attention.
Hundreds of tropic fish swam right next to you, completely unaware of the luxury that was in front of them.
Like a lightbulb going off, you had suddenly remembered Taiju mentioning he owned some of the best restaurants in Tokyo.
