Chapter 1

chapter one: who are you?

She ran through the forest her green dress in her hands as she stopped behind a tree out of breath. suddenly gush of wind made her hair flap in her face and she turned around only to be met with the eyes of Rebekah Mikaelson. Screaming she tried to run away but to be stopped by Klaus Elijah and Kol. "got you" kol smirked before grabbing Aurora and and making her explode in laughter as the Mikaelson siblings did as well.

"not fair you guys have obvious advantages" she directed the words to the fact that they were vampires.

"you're the one who wanted to play hide and seek love" Klaus signaled Kol to let go as they started to walk back towards the village.

"yeah well my mother will need me back home its almost supper time you can join if you want, she won't mind" and with that Aurora walked away with Rebekah towards her home

"Earth to Aurora" Aurora snapped out of her day dreaming and looked at her friend smiling .

"sorry i don't know why i keep zoning out" She spoke in her thick British accent closing her locker door

"Maybe because you have no friends" The Salvatore brother mocked, Aurora did have friends she had: Caroline, Bonnie, Elena, Damon, Rebekah, Kol, Klaus, Elijah, Jeremy and she did have Stefan.

She rolled her eyes remembering that the vampire had turned off his humanity because of Klaus who she lectured and is now ignoring "I do have friends and you were one of them"

"Were? just because my humanity is off doesn't mean im not your friend Rora" Stefan followed the girl to history with a proud tone in his voice and stopped abruptly outside the classroom

"Well i liked the old you better, and i think everyone did Stefan" with that Aurora stepped into the classroom with Stefan sitting beside her .

Aurora was with Caroline watching her friend Rebekah show off her skills "ugh she think's she's so cool and better then me, im cheer captain!" Caroline spoke with annoyance showing clearly in her voice

Being both of the Blondes best friend Aurora didn't know who to side with so she stayed neutral "come on Care she's great i would love her on the cheer team with us and no one can be better than thee Caroline Forbes" Rolling her eyes and sighing Caroline knew Aurora was right

The brunette walked away from her friend and started practicing cheer moves like Caroline forced her to do "Nice moves you got there, cant wait to see you do that in your cheer costume" Aurora looked up to see the youngest Salvatore smirking at her

"Don't you have a girlfriend Stef?" Aurora started walking away from the boy while he trailed after her not letting her go that easily.

"Just wanted to ask if you're going to the bonfire tonight" She stopped walking and looked up at Stefan sighing loudly

"yeah im going why?" she questioned using her hand to comb through her brown hair

" Wanted to know just in case Elena wasn't up for it" The Salvatore winked at his friend with a broad grin spread on his face

Aurora looked at the boy in pure disgust she never imagined him to speak to her like that "Who are you?" She stormed off grabbed her bags and drove back to the boarding house meeting the older Salvatore brother drinking bourbon "i need a drink"

Looking up at the girl he raised his brow "What did he say?"

Downing the drink in one gulp the girl sped over to Damon and collapsed next to him "you don't wanna know"

Damon groaned "We really need to do something about him quick"
