Chapter 52: Revealed part three
The sky was dark and the air was fresh, Aurora and Stefan had finally arrived from the lively city, New Orleans to the town Mystic falls where all their friends waited in the Salvatore Boarding house.
They had found out that their first miracle baby was a girl, not only that but the baby girl would be following in her mothers footsteps by being born an Angel.
"How do you think they'd react?" Aurora asked as they walked up to the porch of the Boarding House
Stefan gave a reassuring smile "They would be so excited and happy. You don't need to worry"
Aurora sighed deeply and looked down at her stomach and placed her hand on it "She'll grow up safe right?"
Stefan lifted her chin with his fingers so her eyes met his "She will be the most protected baby on this earth"
She smiled and kiss him softly "Thank you"
Stefan smiled and quietly opened the door. The house was warm and filled with familiar voices which stopped as soon as the door shut.
Damon was the first to get up "How was New Orleans?"
"Good, yeah. So is everyone here" Aurora replied looking around him
"Yeah, everyone is here just for you" he teased
The trio laughed lightly and entered the living room where all their friends were.
All eyes were on them, some were confused, some were curious but the couple knew for sure it would most definitely be replaced by happiness and maybe denial.
"Hey guys!" Caroline greeted, the couple nodded and smiled at her "What's the emergency?"
Aurora cleared her throat as Damon sat down "So, we need to tell you guys something, but don't freak out"
"Okay... What is it?" Damon questioned
"So, we already told the Mikaelsons, and we're just going to give background information." She started "Okay. Well it was a shocker but when i became an Angel I obviously had some Angel type of powers and not only that but becoming an Angel allowed me to be able to reproduce again"
"Where are you going with this?" Elena said confused
Stefan took over this time "It turns out Angels can reproduce with anyone, as long as they're alive" Everyone looked at them with furrowed eyebrows "To sum it up Aurora is pregnant and it's my baby"
"What?!"
"You're lying?!"
"Are you serious?!"
"You're joking right?!"
Noise erupted and the whole room was filled with gasps and questions about their emergency. Despite no answers, questions kept flying out. A loud whistle quietened the loud noises and it came from Stefan.
"Look, I know it sounds crazy and I thought that as well" he chuckled before speaking again "Fuck, I even accused her of cheating but we went to the ancestors and they confirmed because I slept with her, her purity made it possible for me to have a child"
Aurora sighed "You guys don't need to believe it but it's true and if you want to just listen for a small heartbeat"
The room was even more quiet now and one by one each face lit up. "Oh my God. Seriously! You're pregnant? Oh my God, I'm going to be an aunt. Oh my God!" Caroline squealed
Aurora laughed and watched as Damon stood up and hugged his brother tightly "Congrats" she heard him whisper. He turned to Aurora and hugged her gently "This baby is the best thing that going to happen to you guys" he told her
"Thank you, Damon" she remembered something else "Oh, and the baby is a girl and she's also an Angel. Like me" Aurora spoke sheepishly
"Seriously?!" Caroline squealed again. The blonde ran up to her and squeezed her
"Caroline you're going to crush me" Aurora laughed
"Oh, sorry. I just can't believe there's going to be a baby in our team!" she covered her face as she smiled
One by one everyone congratulated her on the pregnancy and she hugged them laughed with them and she was happy but when she got to Elena she felt a bit sad knowing Katherine couldn't be here to celebrate it
"Thanks Elena" she smiled
"I can't wait for the baby to arrive, I'll teach her how to be like me. Sassy, Independent, pretty and best of all manipulative" She smirked and winked at her
"Elena, you are not manipulative or sassy, that's more of Katherine. To be honest you're kind of acting like her" Aurora chuckled
Elena's eyes widened for a split second "Oh, sorry" She chuckled nervously "I would never be Katherine, how could you think that?" she teased
Aurora smirked and leaned closer to her "Please Kat, I know it's you" she whispered into her ear
When she pulled away Elena/Katherine smirked "Smart"
"We'll talk about this tomorrow, right now I'm happy that everyone knows I'm pregnant. And don't worry I won't spread it" Aurora winked at her before she went over to Stefan.

It was well past midnight by the time everyone left so Aurora was exhausted. She stood on the porch enjoying the breeze.
Stefan opened the front door and rested his chin on her head "Hey" he whispered
"Hey" she whispered back
"What are you thinking about?"
She sighed, it seemed like all she really did was sigh "Thinking about the baby"
"She'll be safe, we've got so many friends and family to make sure of it"
Aurora turned around and rested the side of her head on his chest as he wrapped his arms around her "How are you so sure. We've got enemies left and right. Something is bound to go wrong"
"Think positive, her mum's side is the original family. Without everyone in Mystic Falls she'll still be the most protected" Stefan reassured
"You really mean it?" she looked up at him
"I promise" he kissed her forehead and she rested her face back on his chest
"What should we name her?" Aurora asked
Stefan hummed "I don't know, oh! maybe Talia"
"Stefan!" Aurora looked up and lightly slapped his arm as they laughed "There is no way in Hell my daughter is being named after my abusive sister!"
"Well what do you want? You are the mother"
"Well, I was thinking of Charlotte. It's timeless"
"Charlotte" Stefan said the name out loud "I love that"
