Chapter 5

Chapter 5: coffins

Stefan and Aurora stepped into the room full of coffins "Stefan why would you show me all this, how do you know i won't go running to Klaus?" Aurora questioned 

"because i know you won't, and i trust you" he answered 

Aurora smiled as she touched the coffin she knew Kol was in. She hadn't seen him in so long and she missed his cheeky smile "Why were you so afraid of Mikael in 1920" Aurora snapped her head in Stefans direction her smile disappearing 

Flash back

Aurora and Stefan were dancing happily smiles on their faces as their bodies moved together to the sound of the music with their foreheads pressed together. Aurora hadn't been this happy before she knew Stefan was the love of her life and Klaus was happy with it (which he rarely was.)

Suddenly bullets shot through the bar and everyone screamed running in every direction. Stefan pulled Aurora through the crowd and they hid behind the bar. She watched Stefan pick up a bullet and she saw that it was wooden. Her eyes widened how did they find them "they're using wooden bullets, they know" Stefan stated his eyes wide

"That means they're here"

"who, whos here" he questioned

"Aurora, come on we gotta go sweetheart. I've got Rebekah. Where are you!" Klaus walked through the running people holding a struggling Rebekah by the wrist

Aurora got up running towards Klaus and he held her arm taking het towards an exit with Stefan running behind. Klaus told the two girls to leave as he went back making them wonder what he's doing 

soon the three vampires made it to the car "hurry up girls" Klaus yelled 

"what did you do to Stefan, Klaus" Aurora demanded "he wouldn't leave me he would've followed us"

"it doesn't matter, hurry up"

"no Klaus, where is STEFAN" Aurora was now looking at him with narrowed eyes 

"Klaus where's John" Rebekah asked 

"do you want to die, we've been found and we need to move" Klaus questioned 

"not without John" she answered back 

"Stefan and John aren't coming, now we have to go they'll draw too much attention we have to go"

with tears in their eyes they girls both asked "what did you do"

grabbing the arms of both girls he pulled them towards the car "come on we don't have enough time" 

the girls both pushed Klaus's grip off them "i'm not going Klaus"

"i'm tired of running, we always run. I want to be with John and Rora wants to be with Stefan" Rebekah added on 

"fine then choose me or your lovers" he asked both the girls

Aurora closed her eyes and Rebekah stayed quiet. Klaus taking their silence as choosing him we turned around "get in the car let's go"

"goodbye Nik" Aurora said 

turning back around Klaus sped to Rebekah and daggered her with a silver dagger that was dipped in white oak ash. Aurora gasped in shock as she watched Rebekah's body turn grey "you're lucky you're not an original love or you would be facing the same consequence as your sister here now get in the car" He demanded 

with tears streaming down her face she got in the car as they slowly drove off

Flash back ended
