(Chris)
I'm so proud of Nia. She have been telling Bella everything. She's doing better. And she wants to do better. Nothing feels weird between us. But again I have no idea about anything with us. But that's not important now. Nia's on the hospital and are about to do better. Me and her will have to wait for her to get complete good before we have a talk about that. At least she has to get out of the hospital. I get a message.

"Can u get me a raspberry smoothie after school"

I smile at my phone.

"Ofc, I'll be there at 4 pm"

"Thank u perfect"

She have been changing so much since the first time we met. Probably me too but mostly her. She hated me in the start, or at least she acted like it. Then she liked me, then she hated me again, then she liked me, then she hated me again. How nice.

(Nia)
I knock on the door to Daylo.

-Come in, he says.

I open the door and meet his happy face.

-Hey Nia, he says.

-Hi, I say.

He's sitting in his bed. It looks like he's doing nothing more then that. There's some puzzles and games on the table but all of them are unopened.

-Let's take u out somewhere, I say.

-I'm not allowed to go anywhere, he says.

-I'm not either. But Linda said we could. But just a little bit, I say.

-Really?, he says.

I nod. He looks super happy over getting out from the hospital. I throw a hoodie at him and it lands on his head. We laugh.

-It's windy outside so put that on, I laugh.

-Okay but this is wrong way, he laughs.

Linda gets in the room.

-Are u gonna go?, she asks.

-Yes. I just have to pee first, he says and goes to the toilet.

Linda looks at me with a big smile.

-I can hear his laughs from the other side of the corridor. He haven't been laughing almost at all since we got him here, she says.

I sigh.

-Can you tell me what you guys are doing to give him a family?, I whisper to make sure Daylo doesn't hear.

This time Linda sighs.

-Were doing everything we can and you know that Nia, she whispers.

-No I do not. It can't take that long. There so many families on this planet, I whisper.

Daylo comes out from the bathroom and I smile at him.

-Have fun. Be back at 3, Linda says and walks out of the room.

We go too and we go out of the hospital. I haven't felt fresh air for weeks and I take a deep breath. Daylo too.

-I haven't been outside for at least a month, he says.

-But now you are, I say.

He nods. He looks so happy. I take his hand and we see a path into the woods. The path disappeared fast and we were about to fall many times. But it was funny. We weren't really scared of getting lost. After a long walk we sit down on a bench.

-I will never get a real family, Daylo says.

-Don't say that. They're probably about to find one right now, I say.
