"What time do ma get back?" Toota asked as he came and plopped down next to me on the couch before laying his head on my shoulder as I scrolled through my phone while a random movie played on the TV.

"She supposed ta' be on her way right na' " I answered glancing at him before looking back at my phone.

"Why, you straight?" I asked again as I felt him nod against my arm.

"Yea' I jus' miss her" he mumbled as I hummed. He continued to lay on my shoulder and watched as I scrolled through ig and not too long after, when I glanced down his eyes were closed.

We laid in that position until I heard Lani's car pull up in the driveway. Soon I heard the front door alarm go off indicating someone walked in before hearing Lani and Zari's voices.

"Mommy, is my dada home?" I heard Zari ask as I turned my head waiting for them to walk into the living room where we were sitting.

"Yes Angel face, he should be around here somewhere" Lani answered and soon after they walked around the wall and into the living room.

I watched as Zari's face lit up once she seen me making me grin as she ran around the couch and jumped into my lap.

"Hii my dadaa, I missed you extra much today" she hugged my neck, squeezing me tight as I wrapped my arms around her small frame squeezing her back but not too tight.

"Wassup my love, dada missed you so much more. Whea' you go today?" I smiled at her then placed a kiss on her cheek before sitting her down in my lap as Toota still laid on my shoulder.

"I went with mommy to run some irr– mommy what's it called?" She started speaking before turning to look at Lani who walked towards us.

"Errands, baby" Lani answered while chuckling before she leaned down and placed two pecks on my lips. She then sat down next to me before draping her leg over mine that was spread open.

"Yea that.." she said making us bust out laughing while she giggled.

"Then we got our nails and toes done, see da" she showed me her nails as I took her hand and examined them seeing that they only did nail polish oh whatever on her natural nails.

"They look pretty mama, just like you" I looked up at her making her smile.

"Thank you dada" she hugged my neck again.

"Can da get a kiss?" I looked down at her and she nodded before holding my face in her hands then giving me a quick kiss.

"Mwahh, thank you princess" I said then looked over at Lani who was watching us with a smile on her face.

"What?" I asked smiling as she looked up at me and shook her head.

"Nothing" she said before kissing my cheek.

"Lemme see your nails" I gently grabbed her hand before examining it.

"I fucks wit' it. They beautiful, just like you" I smirked looking at her as she blushed before kissing my lips before I glanced down at Lani who was typing my pass code into my phone so she could use it.

"They would look even better around yo' dick" she whispered lowly into my ear making me widen my eyes before taking my bottom lip between my teeth.

"What is you on right na', ma?" I smirked looking at her as she grinned while shrugging before turning to look at the TV.

"And while my kids is laying hea' tho?" I joked looking at her as she chuckled.

"They ain't hear a thing" she smiled as I shook my head at her.
