"Goodmorning Pookie" I smiled walking into my daughter, Azariah's room. She was ready and dressed for school and all I had to do was brush her hair that was all over the place.

"Morning Mommy" she smiled back and I kissed her cheek before we walked into the bathroom. I grabbed all the products I needed for her hair and then helped her sit on the counter.

"You ready for school mama" I asked looking at her in the mirror as I wet her hair with the spray bottle before detangling it. She nodded eagerly and I chuckled seeing how excited she was to go to school.

After brushing her hair in two high buns and laying her edges we walked out of her room and made our way downstairs. I poured milk in her cereal and gave it to her along with some water before kissing her temple and letting her know I'd be back.

I walked upstairs towards my room to put my shoes on and grab my belongings. I was wearing black jogger shorts, a black graphic t-shirt, paired with black Nike socks and my black and blue Air Jordan's.

My long natural hair was curled and I topped it with my blue LA cap. I grabbed my phone and charger before placing it in my Chanel handbag and walking out of the room making me way downstairs.

"You done Pookie?" I asked as I walked into the living room to see her now watching TV. She looked up at me and smiled while I took her bowl and went to the kitchen to wash it before she went and grabbed her bag.

"Okay let's go mama" I said when we were done and I made sure we had everything before we walked out of the door in the kitchen that was connected to the garage. I unlocked my All White AMG G63 and i helped Azariah get in the front seat, buckling her up before going to get in myself. I let her sit upfront sometimes when she asks and today was one of those days.

I backed out of the garage and drove out of the driveway and drove down the street making my way to Azariah's school.

"Okay Pookie. Mommy's gone see you later okay I love you and be good" I smiled bending down to her level as I opened my arms and she gladly walked into them hugging my neck before kissing my cheek. I kissed hers too and we pulled apart before going our separate ways.

I politely waved at the teacher who was standing at the gate before walking away when Azariah was out of my sight. I got into my car and connected my phone to the Bluetooth before backing out of the parking space and making my way to work.

My phone rang throughout the car as I stopped by a red light. I picked my phone up from the cupholder and saw it was my brother calling me

"Wassup lil bit" he smiled looking at me before glancing back down at something else.

"Hey Bubba how are you" I smiled back as I watched him through the camera.

"I'm straight. You good?" He asked raising his eyebrow and I shook my head yes as he nodded back.

"Where you headin' right na' " he asked just as I heard my nephew whining in the background as i watched Elijah glare at him and it went quiet making me chuckle.

"I'm gone check in at the tattoo shop. I have an appointment for 11 and is that my stinka butt" I smiled just as the light turned green as I heard him suck his teeth.
