"Oh wow! Now you are defending her? Wait, you are raising your voice at me for saying the truth the way it should be said?" Peace expressed herself from the entrance of the bathroom, standing naked and facing Ayotunde, who by now was also on his feet, nakedly facing his angry wife.
"Can we just drop the topic, please? I am sorry I brought it up. Okay?" Ayotunde said, and at that moment, Peace stormed into the bathroom, shutting the door behind her angrily.
"Do you still love her?" Peace asked upon storming out of the bathroom, all wet and dripping.
"What?" Ayotunde asked in surprise.
"Do you still love her? Babe, that is a very simple question of yes or no. Do you still love and want her? Is this a joke or a way to pass the time? Answer me!" Peace raised her voice.
"Common, don't be ridiculous, Babe; you should not be doing this."
"Oh! Now I am ridiculous. Now I should not be doing this. Maybe you should answer my questions first. Do you still love her?" Peace asked again before sitting by the edge of their bed to clean her legs.
"You are the one I love. You are the one I want, you are the one I have married and you are the one I am spending the rest of my life with.
"Do you still love Janet Oluwafeyikemi Ajibade, Ayotunde?" Peace asked again.
"Why are you doing this Peace?" Ayotunde asked.
"Oh wow! So I get called by my name now? Interesting! Well, that did not still answer my question.
"Peace, NO! I no longer love her, and I don't want her anymore." Ayotunde expressed himself strongly. Just then, his phone began to ring. It was a number, and he motioned to pick up the call.
"Oh, so now a call is bigger than me! Who is calling you at this odd hour again during your honeymoon?"
"Ife Mi, don't do this, not here. I am going to pick up that call and put it on loud speaker so you can be satisfied." Ayotunde emphasized this before picking up the call and putting it on loud speaker. At the first sound, it turned out to be his ex, Janet.
