Chapter 5

MY PARENTS ARE THE BEST!!!! AND BRIANNA IS JUST KA-RAY-ZEE!

So I was walking home from school today with Brandon and we started flirting all the way until we got to my house. SQUEEEE! When we got to my house he stopped and said,

"I'll see you tonight Nik, I can't wait! I hope you're parents like me..."

I lied through my teeth and said, "I can't either! And I'm pretty sure they'll just love you!"

He smiled and laughed saying, "My fingers are crossed. I'll text you when I'm ready to go and don't worry I'll dress classy." He said laughing again.

"Thanks." I said to him.

"Bye babe I'll see you in a bit," giving me a peck on the lips.

BABE!!?!? I love it!

"Bye" I whispered while he walked away.

So anyway while I walked in I assumed I was alone so I went to the kitchen to get a snack. I suddenly heard a creak coming from the living room. Im a girl who fights so being the girl that I am... I grabbed a butter knife and slowly walked into the living room.

WHAT?!? I'm using it for defense!

I heard a bigger creak...

I decided to make a run for it when suddenly two hands grabbed my shoulders. I let out a loud yelp! The last thing I saw before I blacked out was about 300 balloons and a yummy looking red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. (My favorite!)

I woke with a bunch of ice cold water on my face and three figures staring down at me!

With a yelp I sprung up.

"Honey! Im so sorry! We were trying to make it a surprise but you came home early! Then you fainted because you got scared then your father poured ice water on your face to wake you up! On and happy birthday Nikki!" Said my mom while blowing on a party horn so loud!

"MOOOOMMM! DONT DO THAT!"

"Sorry dear" she said.

"Now since you're up, get dressed honey, your party is starting in half an hour!" Dad said.

"A party?!?!?! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!" I said shouting with joy! Then I heard Brianna's voice.

"Oops" she said.

I winced when I looked...

She was playing with my cake when she knocked it over all over herself!

"It's alright Nikki! Your father will just go out and get another cake while I will clean up and set up for the party!" Mom said.

"Yeah honey, you just wear the new dress that's waiting in your room." Dad said with a smile and a wink. OMG

They all went to do their business and Brianna getting grounded... I went up to my room and saw the dress.....

It's 2:00 A.M omg! Ill write this entry tomorrow!
