Derek angrily walks into William's room. He wasn't in the mood. His mother was coming for a visit deciding it was the perfect time to meet Ellie and Ellie was freaking out over it all

"Oh, I asked them not to wake you. I said, "whatever it is, it can wait till morning. Dr. Shepherd needs his beauty sleep. " willoam said

" Your latest head C.T. Shows that the brain contusions are expanding. I'm gonna get you into the O.R. Right away" derek said

" This ... this brain thing, it ... it could kill me? "

" If we don't treat it, yes. " derek said sec William starts laughing.

"You find that funny? "

" I'm sorry. It's just that they're gonna execute me in five days. Five days. Might as well take my chances with this brain thing, right? "

" Mr. Dunn... "

" You gotta admit, it's a nice way to go- plenty of attractive females ... all the jell-o I could want. Have you tried the strawberry? It'll change your life."

" You're refusing surgery? " derek asked

" Either way, I'm going to die, Dr. Shepherd. Might as well do it on your watch."

Chloe walked into sitting room and frowned as she looked to Ellie. Ellie as she was hugging a bottle of vodka and looked to her. Dereks mother was coming to town and it was safe to say Ellie was freaked out. The others had come to help prepare for it

"Are you okay?" Chloe asked

"10 bucks says she tanks in the first 5 minutes. " Alex said

"I have faith in her. She'll make a good impression. " Sadie said

" She's holding that bottle of vodka like it's a life vest." Alex said

"Ellie, don't listen to them. She's gonna love you." George said

"No. Mothers don't love me. Mothers like bright and bubbly and happy and ... Izzie. Mothers love Izzie." Ellie said

"They do. Mothers do love Izzie." Izzie said as Chloe rolled her eyes at her

"Uh, I stashed all the tequila, took the cоndоm out of the cookie jar. I also replaced all your trashy magazines with back issues of the "annals of surgery," okay?" Izzie said

"What are you her cleaner" Chloe asked

" Does it smell musty in here? " meredith asked

" My mom's house smells like peppermint. It's so homey" George said

" My house isn't homey? " Ellie asked

" I feel at home. " izzie said

" I was raised in a hellhole. This place is a palace. " alex said

" Why isn't my house homey, George? " Ellie asked
