Ellie stood in the doorway of her and Derek's bedroom. She knew how things were and she knew that she was trying to be a good mum and she hated how she almost did to ivy

"Hey are you okay" he asked as she looked to him and smiled

"I feel meh" she said as he walked over to her and kissed the top of her head

"I know. Look you and I are going to have this baby and I know that your scared I know you Ellie. I know that your worried you'll bad mum but you weren't well you love ivy and I already know that you will be a great mom" he said as she he looked to him and smiled

"What did I ever do to deserve you" Ellie said

"Got me drunk that night in the bar" he said as she rolled her eyes

"We were as drunk as each other" Ellie said

Richard is in the residents lounge as all the residents are getting ready for work.

"I have great faith in you ... Great faith. I can because I chose you, I trained you. I've watched you work. I know what you can do. That's why today is different. The training wheels are coming off, people." Richard said

"Navy scrubs? " Meredith asked

"Attending scrubs. You are attendings today. Run the cases, take point, but don't be a fool. If you get in over your head, cry uncle. Until then ... Congratulations. You've just been promoted. " richard said as Ellie and chloe held a look

" Um, chief webber. Uh, sorry. I-I didn't get any scrubs." Lexie said

"Oh, this is for fourth-year residents only, Grey. It's just a regular day for you. "

"Well, fine. Well, if they're gonna be attendings, then that makes me chief resident. " lexie said

"It's caused by a buildup of fluid in your skull. So what we will do is insert a shunt, and that will relieve the pressure on your brain. " Jackson said
