Derek stood In his new office, which was formerly Richard's, Derek is deciding between two ties. Ellie comes in.

"The blue one. When in doubt, always go with blue. It brings out your eyes. " Ellie said

"Yeah. Thanks. The hospital, the staff, they love Richard. To them, I stabbed him in the back to get the job. They're gonna be mad at me just like you are. " derek said as Ellie placed the coffees that she was holding on the desk as she fixed his tie and smiled

"I am mad. That doesn't mean I don't think you'll do a great job. I think you'll be a very good chief. Besides I may be mad but your my husband and I love you and I am proud of you" she said as he looked to her and smiled

"You do realise the office sex we can have" he said as she smirked

"Oh I'm still mad I never said you were getting any sex from me"

"Eleanor don't tease me" he said as she smirked as she picked up her coffee and walked off

"You will have to be a good way and earn sex from me won't you" Ellie teased

Chloe was walking down the hall with Alex as Jackson and Charles followed them

"Either one of you know what this big meeting's all about?" Jackson asked

" I heard there was a coup. Webber's out. Shepherd's in." Charles asked

"Is that true? " reed asked

" We know what you know.  Pixie cut" Chloe said

" Bull. All right? Your best friend who's also your niece married to the guy and you live with the guy. You expect me to believe you don't know what's going on? " Jackson asked

" Don't you have your own loser friends to talk to? " Alex asked

" I also heard Shepherd plans to clean house. " charles said

" Maybe he'll start with you. " jackson said

" Dude, I'm safe. The guy is my roommate. You're the ones who should watch your backs. " alex said

" Simple math- Shepherd hates the merger, You're from mercy west, you're toast. " alex said

" Derek's not gonna fire people Just because they're from mercy west. He's not like that. He's loyal and fair. " Chloe said
