Ellie stood at the nurses station as she listened to the beeping of the monitor from the patient room. She was trying to ignore it

Sadie comes up to Ellie, who is still at the nurse's station. "you coming?" She asked as Ellie narrowed her eyes at her

" If it's bad, the nurses will come and get us. "

"Dr. Robbins, he's seizing. "

"Well, how about now? Now can we go? " sadie asked

"Dr Harris... go find something else to do, now. That's an order." Ellie said

Ellie stood in William room as Bailey walked in

Bailey enters William's room, where Ellie has changed his bandage.

" Oh, my God. " Bailey said as Ellie looked to her

"He had a seizure. I gave him lorazepam. " Ellie said

" You page Shepherd? " baikey asked

"I paged you. "

"Page Shepherd. "

"The patient doesn't want that. "

"Oh, really? He tell you that? "

"Yes. Don't page him. He's terribly unpleasant. " William said

" Mr. Dunn is a match for your kid who needs the transplant. He's a match. " Ellie said

"You probably have a brain bleed, which is why we need to get Shepherd in here. " Bailey said

" Dr. Bailey, he's gonna die anyway. "

" The boy who needs organs I presume wants to live. And me? I have organs. And I'm ready to die."

Chloe and Mark enter an on-call room.

" Dr. Sloan.
" Dr. Robbins. After you, Dr. Robbins" mark said

" Thank you, Dr. Sloan."

"I know it feels wrong. It feels wrong on so many levels, I can't even count them. But there is no case in any medical book that tells you how to deal with this situation. " Ellie said as she stood outside the room with Bailey

"Well, I don't need a book. I know what to do ... what's best for my patient. I suggest you do the same. "

"Oh, oh, really? You page Shepherd yet? " Bailey asked

" Are you gonna page him? "

" I'm going to do my best to keep that beautiful boy alive long enough to find him some organs. I suggest you do everything you can to keep your patient alive, because we're doctors, Robbins. We're not executioners. " Bailey said
