A couple of miles from Whitebeard's current territory was Lake Murasaki. It was large and full of clear waters that froze completely during the winter. Because of this, the few people who knew about this lake took it upon themselves to use it to its fullest extent. One of these people, in fact, was Fossa. (Name) was sitting on a large rock where her legs could swing over the edge. She was wrapped in her jacket, scarf (Second favorite color) and gloves (Favorite color) that her father gave her.

Fossa also kindly took the liberty of wrapping her in his cloak through her fierce protests. she said he would be sick, and he laughed as she said he wouldn't. Now, she sat in wonder. It was already dark outside, so Fossa had turned on the lights around the lake using a Japanese lamp. He asked her what color she wanted. She couldn't make a decision. Lit in pink, orange, blue, green, and purple hues, (Name) watched Fossa glide across the frozen lake on roller skates. Fossa was so...graceful that she just couldn't believe her eyes.

Then again, she couldn't believe her eyes again when she saw him wear glasses for the first time.

"Fossa-san, you're so cool~!" she shouted. Fossa smiled at her as he did a few more twists and turns.

"Are you sure you don't want to try it?" he called: "I can teach you, you know!"

"Eh, I'm not very good at skating! Fossa-san, I just want to watch."

"Are you sure?"

"Un!" she hissed. Fossa chuckled lightly at his little 'un' and continued skating on the thick ice. Unconsciously, he performed a few more tricks, his eyes becoming more and more hollow with each passing second. (Name) noticed this and frowned. He was sad again.

But luckily, she was smart enough to get raspberries and edamame from her desert. She jumped off the rock and began pushing the snow around her into a pile. This pile soon turned into a large sphere. Pleased with her form, she turned to look more at the snow around her.

By the time Fossa snapped out of his trance, a good thirty minutes had flown by. He sighed and turned to see what (Name) was doing. She herself was nowhere in sight, but what he saw at the edge of the lake... He couldn't help but smile as he said, "Heh, now what the hell is that?" He slid down until he was on the bench and took off his skates as he looked at (Name)'s artwork.

The little girl soon appeared with a bunch of sticks in her arms.

"Oh! Fossa-san, are you done yet?" she asked. She dropped the sticks and held up her jacket for Fossa to pick up. He gratefully accepted.

"Yes. So what's all this?" he questioned, pointing to the two snowmen, or what he thought were snowmen, standing innocently in the snow.

"Look at him! He's so reeeaal close, Fossa-san! The tall one has raspberries for eyes and the short one has edamame beans for eyes! You see, Fossa-san? It's us! And I did it because, you You know, I thought you were cute smiling! And you are, aren't you?" she cooed excitedly. She placed the sticks in the snowmen and stepped back to admire her work. Fossa stood there with a fist to his mouth, hiding the amused smile that was spreading across his face.

"Come on, girl, Let's go back, Your mother will kill me if we come back late"

"But you're strong and muscular!"

"Well... it doesn't matter, In short, I don't want to make your mother angry, She's really scary when she's angry, really." (Name) grabbed Fossa's hand and the two walked back to the base.

"Ah! Wait!" In the sudden jolt of memory, (Name) ran back to the snowmen. She took the scarf off her person and wrapped it around the tallest snowman's neck before running back to Fossa.

"Okay, let's go home!"
