Despite Jude and Jaylee breaking up, they have to see each other often for their son but, it's hard to just be friends with someone you once wanted more than anything.

I was sat at the kitchen table, helping Jeremiah practise writing letters, I didn't know where Jaylee was I tried to call her but she didn't pick up there was also a suitcase in the hall wich I guess was Jadons.
"Good boy, now try this letter" I smiled to Jeremiah as he traced out the letters on the piece of paper, thats when I heard the door open and Jaylee laughing with someone.
I stood up and walked to the door to see Jaylee and Jadon, "oh hey guys" I smiled. "Hey Jude" Jaylee said giving me a hug, followed by Jadon who gave me a bro hug.
"Where were you guys?" I asked and they both hesitated for a second, "shopping" Jaylee said and I thought for a second, she was lying there was no bags or anything they could have brought. "Oh nice, buy anything nice?" I asked and Jaylee looked up to Jadon. "We were just looking" Jadon shrugged.
I didn't say anything more I turnt around and walked back to the kitchen to Jeremiah because I couldn't take the lies, "let's see" I said softly looking at Jeremiah's paper, he showed me the letter 'm' he had just finished tracing and it was good. "Well done" I smiled and he looked up proudly, "thank you" Jeremiah smiled.
"Hey you know what I think you deserve?" I said excitedly and he looked at me confused, "ice cream!" I exclaimed and he cheered jumping up and down.
I took his hand and we walked to the hallway I looked into the living room where Jadon and Jaylee were sat closely in the sofa looking at something on Jaylees phone, when they saw us they quickly hid the phone. "Uncle Jadon!" Jeremiah exclaimed running up and giving him and a hug, "hey buddy, how have you been?" Jadon smiled excitedly. "Good! Me and Daddy are getting ice cream!" He cheered, "that's cool" Jadon smiled.
"You guys are going to get ice cream?" Jaylee asked looking at me, and I nodded not speaking as I knew anything I said would be bitter and we promised no arguing. "Okay we'll have fun" Jaylee spoke a little down hearted and I gave her a weak smile, "come on JJ" I said.

We sat down at the ice cream shop and was about to order when Vini walked in through the door, "Hey guys!" He smiled excitedly taking a seat next to Jeremiah, "Hey uncle vini!" Jeremiah waved.
"What are you doing here?" I exclaimed, "I was buying some stuff for my girlfriend and I was you guys in here so I thought I would come say hi" Vini smiled and I nodded.
I order Jeremiah his ice cream and we went and played in the soft play while he waited for it to be ready, "what's up with you?" Vini asked and I looked at him unsure, "what do you mean?" I asked and he raised his eyebrows.
"Bro, you haven't smiled once, you seem upset" Vini said and I shrugged, "my friend from England came over but he seems to be spending more time with Jaylee then he is me, they seem close, really close" I sighed. "Have you talked to her about it?" Vini asked and I shook my head negatively.
"We have a no arguing policy, that's why I left house I knew anything I say would end in a fight" I explained and Vini nodded, "hopefully being out the house calm you down, then go home and speak to her" Vini suggested and I nodded. "Thanks bro" I smiled, "Of course if you need anything let me know" he replied.
I spoke to Vini a bit more till he had to get home, Jeremiah ate his ice cream and went to go play some more and we ended up heading home 3 hours after I left.
I opened the door and heard Jaylee and Jude in the kitchen, "quick hurry" I heard Jaylee laughed, and then heard running, "shit!" I heard Jadon exclaimed followed by the loud crash. I felt my self tense up, "go up stairs and watched something on my phone" I smiled handing Jeremiah my phone and AirPods , he nodded and ran up stairs.
I walked into the kitchen and Jaylee and Jadon were stood with their back to the counter smiling suspiciously, "hey Jude" Jaylee smiled not leaving her place. "Nah what is going on with you two?" I said angrily and they both looked at me in shock. "What do you mean?" Jadon asked and I kissed my teeth, "Jadon, you come round barely say a single word to me and keep running around with my girlfriend, what's going on?" I asked angrily.
"What are you trying to suggest Jude? Jadon is your best friend and I love you, we would never" Jaylee snapped back and I shrugged, "well what else do you want me to think? That's this is all normal and nothing to worry about, tell me what's going on Jaylee" I shouted and she looked at me in shock.
"You know what fine, I wanted to make it special but open the box" she cried before storming of out the room, revealing a box sat on the counter she was covering. I looked at Jadon and he just shrugged as he watched me open the box.
I looked inside and there was a picture of an ultra sound with a small baby

"Shit" I muttered to myself before turning to Jadon, "she's pregnant with my baby?" I asked and he nodded. "You knew? Why didn't she tell me?" I asked, "She wanted to make it special for you I only found out yesterday when I came, that's why we were acting like that" Jadon explained and I put my hands in my head. "But you went to the first scan?" I asked and Jadon nodded, "She was scared, you told her things couldn't be more perfect, she knew the baby would change things so she wanted to be sure before she told you" he then went on.
I put my hand on my head and groaned, "I messed up" I said angrily before walking out to find Jaylee. I check all the down stairs room but she wasn't there so I checked all the rooms upstairs, until I eventually saw our on-suit bathroom door was locked. "Jaylee open up" I said softly knocking on the door but there was so answer expect two quiet sniffs. "Baby, I'm sorry just please open the door" I begged but it stayed silent, I saw the lock on the door slowly turn and when I tired to open the door this time it worked.
"Hey I'm so sorry" I said when I saw Jaylee sat on the bathroom floor crying, "I know you wouldn't do something like that, I guess I just angry and I wasn't thinking" I explained sitting down next to her. "It's okay I can see where you're coming from" she sniffed, "I know we said no arguing, I'm sorry I broke that" I then apologised wiping away some of her tears. "It's okay, it's my fault to" she said, I pulled the baby scan out my pocket and looked at it with her, "we're having a baby!" I smiled kissing her head and she smiled back.
"I wanted to make it a special moment, I was going to decorate the box nicer but I ran out of time, I'm sorry" Jaylee said, "Don't be silly, that was my fault we can always finish making the box to show our parents" I said trying to make her feel better, "yeah that will be good" she smiled.
"Jadon said you were scared to tell me, why?" I then asked and she took a deep breath, "the morning you found out you said life couldn't be more perfect and I knew having another baby could change that, I didn't want you to be mad" she shrugged, "what? I would never be mad baby, this has made life even more perfect" I smiled kissing her and she kissed me back, "I love you Jude" "I love you to Jaylee" I replied.
We went down stairs and saw Jeremiah sat on the sofa with Jadon eating yogurt so we went and sat next to them, "you good?" Jadon asked no one in particular and we both nodded and smiled and so did Jadon.
"How was your ice cream JJ?" I then asked, "it was so yummy! I got extra chocolate sauce, played in the soft play and even saw uncle Vini!" He exclaimed and I smiled, "that seems awesome, maybe soon we should all go get ice cream"
