As time passed,
the young girl who once occupied the back seat of my life transformed into a mature and capable individual.
I used to think I could take care of her,
but I never realized that she could be someone I could rely on.
I had long forgotten what it felt like to rest for a while and laugh to your heart's content.
I was accustomed to aimlessly wandering.
But she accompanied me walking side by side,
even the heavy snow gave me warmth.
Her presence made my nights bearable,
and her sweet gestures melted away my fears.
With her by my side, I was able to overcome my darkest hours.
She even took the lead and guided me towards the light,
waiting patiently for me to catch up.
