{2} How are you gonna seduce her?

Lucas felt like a zombie and it was the last week of school.
No one is supposed to feel like a Zombie in in the last week of school, he had just came out of football practice with his friends from the team. He could see Riley on the stands talking to the cheerleaders.

This was so not his crowd. The guys on the team are cool but they aren't his best friends. Some of them just made a pact not to tell a girl that one of them cheated on her. I was going through a plan in my head to tell the girl and run when Marcus runs up to me.

"You good bro?" He asks "You've been pacing a whole in the grass for the past 15 minutes"

I stop pacing and look at him "don't you think they're assholes for making a pact to not tell a Alyssa that Jamie's cheating on her"

Marcus takes a step back and throws his hands in the air like a surrender "okay Lucas the good, could you say that any louder" He throws his hands down "It is a dick move bro but what could we do about it without being snitches? I mean you could ask Riley"

Lucas knows that's true but ever since the bully thing in middle school he's been fearful. What if she tells Alyssa and Alyssa deems her a jealous liar, she's been known to do that in the past. "I don't know man..."

Marcus thinks for minute, "Oh Hey! what about Maya, the cool one in your group? she's pretty badass I bet she'd do it"

Lucas smiles at the name "You're right she would but she'd also probably get in a fight and that's not cool"

Marcus shakes his head and shrugs. "Don't you go doing it Lucas, you're already a snitch from last time and Jamie's got enough control to kick you off this team and personally I don't want that to happen. That would be chances of a scholarship gone"

"All because I have morals??" Im kicking at the grass when Riley walks over.

"Okay Lucas, you've been hollering random sentences every once in a while and it's kind of freaky" Riley says this in a hushed town and with a bright smile. "What's the problem?"

I tell her what's going on and she raises her eyebrows at every word "Well that's not cool at all"

"Yeah I know Riles but don't go to Alyssa she'd rip you apart" I tried to figure out away to say it nicer but I couldn't.

"Very nice that you have soooo much faith in me dear but I wasn't planning on it" She replies

The confusion on my face leads her to roll her eyes and smile weirdly. "ask Maya"

My mouth turns down from a smile. "What? what if she gets in a fight"

"Come on Lucas it's been ages since she started a fight" She tries to reassure me.

Marcus chimes in "Actually she was in detention last friday..."

Riley's glare shuts him up "Okay Lucas you message her and add in a sentence not to start a fight if you're really worried"

Confusion fills my head again as I wonder why Riley wouldn't ask her herself, they've been weird lately.

I pull out my phone and go to my chat with Maya, her name on my phone is shortstack which I thought offended her before but turns it never bothered her at all.

Rangerick: Hey Maya think you can help me tell this girl her boyfriend's cheating on her?

Shortstack: Hi how are you to you aswell huckleberry, sure I'll help. Is it Alyssa?

Rangerrick: How did you know??

Shortstack: You're forgetting me and Zay know everything ✨✨

Ranger rick: You mean you glare at everything and everyone during lunch like creeps, well whatever you do, don't start a fight

Shortstack: First, u r just sad ur not cool anymore, second, heartwarming as always to hear ur concern but that wasn't my plan anyway

Ranger rick: well what's ur plan shortstack

Shortstack: Seduction

Ranger Rick: what ur gonna seduce Jamie? I don't think that would help Maya.

A strange feeling washes over me why would she mess with Jamie? She could get hurt

Shortstack: I can feel ur anger through the screen, pull in the reins cowboy, i'll seduce ALYSSA. it's a good thing I'm better at flirting with girls than you are huckleberry

I switch off my phone and laugh, praying she doesn't get into a fight.
