If i'm being honest, i'm not really upset that Zay and Isadora love each other. Seeing her with Zay... I guess it's like combining two volatile chemicals. You never know what you're going to get, but it's sure to be explosive. So when i'm standing there in shock and Riley comes out looking for me I just say "Well you got my blessing"
"Blessing for what?" Riley says confused. She looks around to see our friends - except Lucas - standing in silence.
Zay tightens his arm around Isadora "What can I say Riley? she just makes my bunsen burn"
Maya bursts out in laughter and even i'm struggling to hold my smile back. Isadora rolls her eyes but doesn't object to what he has said. Riley still confused turns to me "Farkle are you okay with this?"
I think about it again for another minute and with Riley next to me, my answer is for definite. So I nod my head and say "I can't get in the way of another man's bunsen"
Maya falls on the floor cackling and Riley smiles at the sight before turning to me again. "I think we had a miscommunication last time we spoke Farkle. You're the person I admire most in this world"
I hold up my hand to stop her from talking, Riley and Maya have been my safe space forever that will never change. "It's okay Riley I forgive you"
She still looks unsure and opens her mouth to say something, but I really don't feel like fighting anymore.
I clap Zay on his shoulder awkwardly and tell him to treat Isadora right before looking over to my other girl.
At this point, Maya is just shaking on the ground so I go to help her stand up. She flicks her hair out of her face before looking to me "Well Farkle now you're free to pursue me and Riley again"
"You know what Maya, I just might do"
