Lloyd in the World of Naruto

Wedding

Y/n's POV

After three days of traveling, we made it to Konoha. I stared at the decorations. "Wow," I said.

Lloyd, Kankuro, Gaara, and Temari looked around. "It's beautiful," Temari agreed.

The boys all shrugged. "It's okay, I guess," Lloyd muttered.

Temari and I both scowled at them. "You have no idea about this stuff," I said grumpily.

"Maybe because it's a girl thing," Kankuro said.

Temari glared. "Boys can like this stuff too."

"If they're gay."

That set Temari and Kankuro off into an argument. Lloyd, Gaara, and I both watched them for a while then walked away. We bumped into the Raikage. "Hey," Lloyd said. "Did all the Kage decide to show up for Naruto's wedding?"

Raikage nodded. "We thought it would be better since we all basically owe him."

I snorted. "You don't owe him anything. We all helped fight in the war."

"Yes, but he finished it," the Mizukage said.

Lloyd sighed. "We're all friends here and we shouldn't fight. We don't want to destroy Naruto's wedding."

Gaara nodded. "It's about to start. Let's all get to our seats." 

We all had front-row seats. Temari and Kankuro sat but they were glaring at each other. Lloyd kicked them. "Stop," he hissed.

"Kankuro started it," Temari said.

"Then you end it," Lloyd replied exasperatedly.

She didn't respond. We watched Naruto and Hinata walk down the aisle and get married. "Oh, it's so beautiful," I whispered as they kissed.

Lloyd sighed. "Yeah."

Lloyd's POV

I watched the happy couple dance together. Then I walked over. "Congrats, you two," I said.

Naruto smiled. "Thanks, Lloyd."

I heard arguing behind me and glanced over. I saw it was Temari and Kankuro at it again. I huffed. "Those two can't be near each other for five seconds without fighting." I looked around and my eyes landed on Shikimaru. 

Naruto followed my gaze. "Good idea," he said.

Hinata nodded. "Do you think it will work?"

I thought for a minute. "Or I can murder them."

Naruto laughed. "Try Shikimaru first. If it doesn't work then we'll resort to more drastic measures."

I nodded and walked over to Temari. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her over to Shikamaru. She turned red. "Lloyd, what are you doing?" She hissed.

"Helping you get the guy you want," I replied. "Hey, Shikamaru," I added when we were close enough.

Shikamaru took one look at me and scowled. "Seriously?" He said.

I grabbed his hand and put Temari's into it. "Yup." I ran for it. I didn't look back until I got to Naruto and Hinata. 

"It worked," Hinata observed.

"Luckily it did. I didn't actually want to murder my teammates," I said.

Gaara and Y/n joined us. "Nice, Lloyd," Y/n said sliding her hand into mine.

I squeezed it lightly. "Thanks."

Gaara watched Temari for a minute. "At least it stopped Kankuro and her fighting."

"Yeah, but when did you decide to play matchmaker?" Y/n said teasingly.

I scowled as Gaara, Naruto, and Hinata started laughing. "Oh, shut up," I growled. "I did it to get them to stop fighting. There's no way I'm going to let this day be ruined for you two."

"And we appreciate it," Hinata said giggling.

"Are you sure there's no other reason you did it?" Gaara asked smirking.

I sighed. "Okay. I was tired of those two beating around the bush."

Y/n kissed me briefly. "We all were," she said.

Naruto blinked. "You two are together?"

I raised an eyebrow. "Why do you look surprised?"

"Maybe because I never pictured you with a girl."

"Why not?"

"No idea."

"It's hard to picture Gaara with a girl too," Y/n said.

I nodded. "True."

"Hey!" Gaara said.

We all burst into laughter. "No offense but I don't even know if you like girls," Y/n added trying to control her giggles.

"I do! There's just no one I find attractive."

"Yet," I said.

"Yet," he agreed.

I smiled and looked around at all my friends. Yup, this place is home. I wouldn't want to leave it for anything.
