chapter fifteen

Dark hair on a beautiful face trying hard to look like a panda with her smoky eye makeup. A pretty cute nose that plastic surgeons would surely use as inspiration.

Grey eyes, but they don't creep the fuck out of me this time. Probably because I've gotten accustomed to Tyler's.

Fishnet tights, black leather jacket, band tee and a short black zipup skirt. All that with dark lips and purely white teeth.

Raven.

The girl Alexis wanted me to meet. She seemed pretty invested in her video game that she couldn't look away from her phone's screen.

Alexis flapped Raven's phone from her hand and she looked at us with murderous eyes full of rage.

"You'll fucking regret this lexi." She said looking straight in my eyes.

Uhm hi, I'm not Alexis, but nice to meet you.

"Ohhh so this is the pretty girl you kept whining about. I should have known how well you know my type."

Did Alexis just set me up for an arranged marriage. What a bad mother.

"Hold your fire Ray, she's just going to be your friend, nothing more."

"I don't friend zone the pretty ones."

"Do you mean I'm ugly?"

"You finally got it." Raven said, letting out a loud snort afterwards.

Ohhkay.

"Ouch. But as protocol requests, Victoria this is Raven, she's a total bitch like you and please stop being nervous."

"Nice to meet you Victoria." Raven held out her hand while biting her bottom lip.

How intimidating.

I reached out and she fucking kissed my hand.

"Raven stop torturing the poor girl."

"Okay, okay, sheesh. You just hate seeing me happy. And Victoria, I was told you talk to much so bring it on."

Yeah I do. But not infront of strangers and you, Raven my dear, are a stranger.

"Okay she's not warming up anytime soon. How about you ask me questions Victoria?"

My blabber mouth couldn't stop itself from talking.

"Which school do you go to?"

"Sunside academy babe" She smirked, knowing pretty well what my next question was going to be.

"I just decided to extend my break from that hell." She answered my thoughts.

I really was going to ask her why I haven't seen her in school and the like.

Either it's the situation or I really am predictable.

"Oh oh oh. Let me tell you how she did it," Alexis boomed excitedly-- damn my ear drums--" She deliberately spray painted principal Daniel's car so she could get suspended, or what she calls 'a break'. "

Oh. My. God.

I can totally see Raven pulling that one.

"Wow, I'm stealing that idea."

"There's more," I gestured for her to go ahead. "She rang the fire alarm in the cafeteria because she thought school was wasting away a nice sunny day."

"Oh come on, everyone thought that too."

And our chat went on for couple of minutes. The two made me laugh in a way I never thought I would. I was breathless.

And then I looked to a figure that walked down the stairs like he owned the place.

Fucking Greek God.

Ours eyes locked.

The last thing I remember was that he ignored me all this time after kissing me. What an asshole.

"Uhem," I snapped my head to Raven, "do tell, there's something between you two?"

"Hell no."

"Yeah? No, there's totally something between you and ocean eyes, anyone can tell.?

"No, and what's he doing here, in fact, what's everyone doing here? I thought this was just going to be us."

"Well, my brother and sister also invited their friends over and as you can see, they each have many friends."

"This is a whole freaking party Alexis, you should have atleast warned me."

"You wouldn't have come if I did." Yep, she was right. "See? "

"Okay my turn with the pretty girl."

"Raven! You're saying it like we're fucking or rather, I'm being rapped and it's your turn."

"I wouldn't mind princess, well except Christian would. The two of you banged and you sure as hell know it." She said, narrowing her eyes at me.

"No we haven't, we've only ever kissed, once."

And we'll never do that, I hate him for God's sake.
She looked at me with the 'I don't believe you' face.

"I swear, the I've only fucked two guys in my entire existence."

"Christian and Taylor?"

Fucking Raven. And I thought I pressed buttons better.

"No! My ex boyfriend Chase and mask guy."

Shit.

I hate you Raven.

"Now I'm intrigued, mask guy?"

I'm swimming in quicksand.

"Yes, a guy who's face I've never seen. And fuck you Raven."

"And to help you there Victoria, even though you annoy the shit out of me, miss bad bitch here had a thing with my brother."

Alexis and I laughed at the now-furious Raven.

"You betrayed my trust asshole."

"And that's not all,"

"Its never 'all' with Raven." I smirked at Raven while she gave me the coldest glare she could master.

"She made out with his new girlfriend when they broke up."

This girl really is my new inspiration.

"Ttthat was sick." And I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

This girl really is something else.

"Alex! Since when do you invite loud trash in your home?"

I know the owner of that fucking deep voice. And I know who the fuck he's talking about.

Me.

What the heck did I do to him.

"Shut up Taylor or I'll pluck those baby blue marbles out of your fucking sockets."

Raven to the rescue.

He came closer and stood right in front of me. He had to crook his head down because I was seated and he was towering.

He looked straight in my eyes and said " you should leave, we don't like you."

"Speak for yourself. And since its my house, you're the one that should leave."

Wow Alexis.

Everyone stared at a laughing Raven.

"The sexual tension between you two is too thick."  She said between laughs.
