"Ms. [Y/n], I realize that your grades are exceptional, but that does not give you an excuse to skip class, let alone school."

You were standing on the other side of your teachers desk from him.

"Right, my grades are exceptional. I get higher scores than the people who are actually here everyday." You smiled proudly.

"Right, but testing is coming fast, you can't have anything getting in the way." He looked at you sternly.

"Don't worry sir, with your teaching I'm sure with just one day's worth of class I could pass any test!" You went closer to him and grabbed his shoulder.

"That's not what i-"

"I know sir, you don't have to thank me." You smiled brightly at him. "Count on me to let the people know of your amazing teaching methods."

You quickly made your way out of the classroom.

"See you tomorrow! Or not." You yelled.

"[Y/n]!" Your teacher couldn't do anything but have hope that you would keep your word.

You walked down the halls, it was basically a free period.

"Hey Duke!" You walked to his side and he waved back at you.

"I was looking for you." He said suddenly.

You stopped and stared at him.

"Yeah?"

"I was wondering if you could come to the library to study with me, Daniel, and Jiho." He smiled hopefully.

"I don't know.." you hesitated, but Duke quickly pressured you again.

"Please! You're the highest ranking grade for our class!" He tried to butter you up with praise, making you feel uneasy.

"I'll go if you buy me food.." you compromised and Duke accepted with jubilation.

"Deal!" He hurriedly took out his phone to tell the others. "With you we're sure to all pass!"

Duke ran off ahead of you and you failed to call out to him in time.

Wait no.. I'm not some kind of miracle..

.....

"Why are you all here.." Zack glared at the full table. You, Daniel, Jiho, Duke, and Yui were sitting across from him and Mira.

"You could move to a different table." You said nonchalantly as you were helping Daniel study.

Daniel wasn't terrible at math, but that's where he was having the most trouble.

"We were here first." He mumbled, although you could just barely hear it.

You just ignored him.

"No. You can't combine variables with coefficients unless it's multiplication or division." You grabbed Daniels pencil and started rewriting what he had messed up.
