You were standing in front of a police station.

It was dark and barely anyone was around, the only person that was around that you could focus on was the man behind the reception desk inside.

What are you waiting for?

"Hey kid, you need something?" Two men in uniform spotted you and waited for a response.

What do you think will happen to you?

You looked at them with a blank expression, your throat too dry to utter a proper response.

Do you think you can survive in this world without me?

You watched as the men slowly approached you with concerned looks on their faces.

"Hey, what's going on?" They called out again.

Remember, you're only here because of me.

You finally snapped back into reality as one of the men placed a hand on your shoulder.

"Is something wrong?" He asked.

You stared at him, trying to form a coherent sentence.

"No, I just— nothing." You brushed him off and quickly walked away.

You walked for a little bit until they were out of sight and leaned against a wall.

It will never work! You yelled in your head.

I'll be charged as an accomplice. Even if I were to get lucky enough to be released early, my life would be over!

You went over all the terrible things that would happen to you. How you would have 'murderers daughter' printed on your resume.

But most importantly..

I don't want to see them look at me that way! You held your head between your hands as you imagined the look of absolute disgust your friends would give you if they were to ever find out.

Please...
Someone, help me.

......

"Eli!"

The lilac haired male turned back to be met with various girls. Each surrounded him and started complimenting him.

"Ohhh"

"Changed your hair?"

The girls squealed and smiled brightly at him.
