This is the second version I wrote of the rest of Elle and Noah's story.  Listening to the movie and reading the books, I wish (probably like some of you) that the relationship between Elle and Noah would have lasted over time!  I agree that by continuing in their pattern, the breakup was inevitable!

But what would have happened if a circumstance had changed their decision?  What would have happened if Noah had kept his promise to fight for Elle?  What does it mean to fight for his partner?  What are their deepest desires for each of them?  What are their childhood wounds that color the way they decode the circumstances of their lives?  What are their defense mechanisms in the face of life's difficulties?  How can they grow up as adults, but together?

So this story begins 2 days after the breakup.  How did Elle and Noah experience those hours?  What decision will they make after the cards have been reshuffled? How are they going to juggle their lives 3000 miles from home, far from their families?  Because it can't be a fairy tale... otherwise it wouldn't be realistic.

I wrote this story in French before translating it.  Sorry if some expressions don't make sense when translated.  So, now my version of... I'm going to fight for you!
