Elle POV

The day after Thanksgiving, I woke up in my husband's arms in our bed but to unfamiliar noises in the apartment. I heard the chatter of the two women with the discreet sounds of the plates. They were probably making breakfast for everyone.

I turned to Noah, who was still sleeping, snoring softly, when our bedroom door burst open and Brad rushed out and jumped onto our bed.

- Elle, Noah, breakfast is almost ready!" he said, smilling.
- Come here, little monster," Noah said, wrapping Brad in a blanket to keep him from moving.

Noah lay on top of Brad like he was a cushion resulting in bursts of laughter from Brad struggling. I know Brad holds Noah in high regard and has had little time to spend with him. I found it great to see the growing bond between my brother and my husband.

Moments later there was a knock on our door before we heard Lee's voice :
- Brad, did you make sure they were both dressed before entering this room?
- We're presentable, Lee!" I said to him before he entered the room.
- I don't need a mental image of you two doing naughty things in this bed!" Lee said in disgust as he sat on the edge of our bed.
- And I hope you know that since we're married, it sure does, Lee!" Noah said, still holding Brad. "And since you asked, I'll give you a taste of it." he said with a smirk as he released Brad while hiding him and me under the blanket while kissing me.
- Ah, seriously dude, you can't hold back in my presence." Lee replied, covering his eyes.
- Get out of my room, Lee! Private property!" Noah told him from under the blanket, leaving my lips slightly to speak to his brother.
- So come on Brad. We'll let these two frolic. They just have too many hormones for us." Lee said as he pulled Brad in and closed the door behind them.

Noah and I couldn't help but burst out laughing, both still under the blanket. I broke free from his embrace, telling Noah that we should get up to go have breakfast with everyone. Linda and June made a festive breakfast with omelettes, croissants and bacon...much to Noah's delight!

And for that, there were people in Noah and I's apartment that I suddenly found small. I don't think I've ever missed the Flynn big house as much as I did at that moment. It wasn't that bad though, the Flynn parents had taken the guest room, Linda and Dad the sofa bed in the living room while Lee and Brad slept on the kitchen floor.

Today, June and Matthew had planned to visit a former university colleague of the latter who lives in Boston and Linda wanted to introduce her cousin who lives in Worcester to my father. So, we were the 4 young people left to ourselves in the apartment.
- So what's the plan for the day!" Brad said as soon as the parents left after breakfast.
- Elle and I have a whole program planned!" Lee said with a smile.
- And why, I don't know about this! » Noah said, looking at me.
- Maybe because you are not young enough at heart to have thought about it." Lee said to his brother before the latter frowned.
- It will please you!" I said to Noah as we all put on our coats to go out.

Since my dad was heading to Worcester in Noah's Jeep, we took the Red Line to downtown and then a 12 minutes walk to Quincy Market. Brad looked super excited to see Boston. He continually asked Noah to tell him what he saw.

The walk downtown was less pleasant since Lee and Brad are not used to the cold temperatures of late November in Boston. Brad kept saying he was cold to which Noah replied that it's nothing compared to the cold in winter. As much as I found the snow magnificent last year, I'm not particularly happy to be returning to the cold any time soon.

Once at the Quincy market, we browsed the displays to find things to eat for lunch. Lee and Brad were surprised at what could be found there. I admit that I like coming to stroll there with Noah, Chloe or Abby.
