Noah POV

The day after our wedding, we went on our honeymoon. I had managed to keep the destination a secret until the end, even though Elle tried several times to make me admit it. I didn't let myself be coaxed, even under torture! Although her way of torturing me is rather pleasant!

When I told her we were going to Honolulu, she was so happy. I love seeing her smile. This totally brightens my days.

We made our way through the airport towards our gate. I felt a surge of pride when Elle was named Rochelle Flynn by the customs officer. I still couldn't realize that I had managed to make her mine forever.

I couldn't help but think that when I was in high school I couldn't stand another guy dating Elle. As if being together, her and I until the very end is really what I always wanted.

Elle was asleep on me for a good part of the flight to Honolulu. It's true that I didn't let her sleep very long last night... It takes time to experience the sex night of your life, I said to myself while having flashbacks of last night. I stroked her hair, remembering how I took the pins out of it last night before dipping my fingers in it... definitely, it was the best night of my life, so far. But, I absolutely had to slow down this train of thought until we got to our hotel room.

I woke Elle up a few hours later as we began our descent to the Honolulu airport.

Elle POV

I was transported to another world as we exited the plane and made our way through the Honolulu airport. We were greeted with Hawaiian flower leis and soft ukulele music. The atmosphere was one of celebration and rest, it felt so good after the madness that surrounded the end of the session, our move and the wedding.

Noah had booked into a luxurious hotel with access to a lagoon a little outside of Honolulu. I felt relaxed as soon as we entered our sea view room. I placed my luggage on the bed before telling Noah :
- I would like to take a shower. I feel like I'm all stuck up after this plane trip.
- Want a little company, Mrs. Flynn?
- Why not, Mr. Flynn!

We made our way to the bathroom's large glass shower. The feeling of the water sliding over my body felt so good or it was Noah's hands taking my favorite shower gel and spreading it all over my body while covering me with kisses. I hope that this attraction that we have for each other will not disappear with time. I know it will change and evolve. But I hope that after 10, 20 or even 30 years of marriage, we will still want to be together.

In the evening, I dressed in a pretty blue sun dress and Noah dressed in beige shorts with a blue shirt. We looked completely casual after yesterday's very formal day. As much as I have wonderful memories of our wedding day, I am happy to find Noah and me as we simply are.

We made our way to the hotel restaurant. A soft ukulele melody of a well-known song played in the air. I was humming the lyrics to the song and I know I had all the lyrics wrong. This is what made Noah laugh :
- Musical interpretation is not in your qualities, Shelly!
- No, I admit! And I'm glad you didn't drag me to karaoke nights this year. Although I would have liked you to sing for me!
- Chloe said I was pretty good last year but I had no interest. And often, they ended the evening at karaoke when we had already left the evening to do something else more interesting." he said, putting an arm around me.
- It's true that your university life must have been very different last year from what it was this year.
- It was especially Chloe who took me out a lot during my first year. I wasn't always interested but I told myself that I needed to create a life for myself in Boston otherwise I would never have been able to hold on. I would have packed up to go back to LA.

I took a few minutes to think about whether I was steering the conversation in that direction. It seemed weird to talk about this on a honeymoon.
- I saw all these photos of you and Chloe on social media and I was so jealous. I just hoped our love wouldn't fade away.
