It was finally the weekend. Only a few days before valentines, the long awaited who-got-the-most-chocolates competition was to come. It wasn't anything serious, the students would just see who got the most presents and make a fuss about it.
Past noon, and Hyunjin was still sleeping ever so peacefully, like the teenage boy he was. His phone started ringing for the third time. First was from Lee Minho, second from Changbin and now the third time. He planned to ignore it after reading the name like he did for the first two calls only for him to rise abruptly into a sitting position.
The caller was Yeji.
"When are you coming out?" She yelled at him through the phone.
They were standing outside his house. It was so huge, one could easily mistaken the windows for a door.
"Oh fuck! You are coming too?" Minho had informed him that they were going to shop for valentine's but he didn't mention who else would be there.
"Yes, now get your ass out here." She hung up.
"That son of a gun. He didn't pick up our calls but immediately answered yours." Changbin complained. He was warming up to wrestle Hyunjin the moment he stepped out of that opulent residence.

"Let's spilt up we can't walk in a group of five. It's tiring babysitting yall." Changbin suggested when they entered the mall.
"Jisoo come with me. I need a lady's help." Changbin winked at Hyunjin, betraying Yeji.
Since Lia's gift to Minho was supposed to be a secret and vice versa, they agreed to part. Then remained the three of them. "I can look around alone." Minho left awkwardly. He wasn't exactly good at reading the room usually but Hyunjin's eyes looked a little too menacing and it could have meant only one thing.
"Finally, we are alone." Hyunjin purposely said it out loud.
Yeji laughed trying to conceal her nervousness.
"Let's go to that gift shop first." When Yeji walked in, the first thing that caught her eyes was a glass encased butterfly snow globe. It was breathtaking to say the least. It reminded her of that one drawing of a butterfly she found on the ground. She worked with it and made a beautiful bookmark out of it.
It was a handmade snow globe which made it pricier than normal. Perfect in every angle, she couldn't help but simply admire. "You want that?" Hyunjin asked from behind her.
"No." She denied.
"Then what do you want?" He wore a silly smile now and continued to pester her.
"What do I want? I am obviously here to buy a gift, dimwit." Acting dumb was the option she chose.
"Not my question but anyways... who are you buying it for?" A hint of hope evident in his voice.
"Heh. Why do you want to know that?" She evaded the question or did she?
"By the way, do you think Bangchan will like this?" She showed him a palm sized guitar that had actual strings on. It was intentional, the provocation was her way of trying to see if he even cared enough to be jealous.
"What do you mean Bangchan?" Hyunjin held onto her arm with uncontrolled aggression.
It must have meant something to him too..
"Hyunjin stop! It hurts." She tried pulling away from his grip which slightly softened.
"Is it for him? Your valentine gift?" He asked in disbelief.
