I sat on the terrace, cradling a wine glass as the city lights twinkled below. The cool breeze carried whispers of memories spent with her-laughter that once filled the air, stolen glances that sparked hope. Regrets weighed heavy in my chest, each sip of wine a bitter reminder of words left unsaid and promises unkept. "Hoy nakatunganga ka dyan?" Tiffany nudge me while sitting here at the terrace.

"Nothing." I answered.

She laugh at me making me crease my forehead. "Why?" I ask confusingly.

"Sinong iniisip mo? Your girl? Ay hindi mo pa pala siya girlfriend kasi iniwan mo siya bigla." She laugh again lalo na ng makita niya ang naging reaction ko.

"It's not funny." I said.

She just chuckles at umupo sa kabilang upuan. We're here at my condo dahil gusto nilang uminom.

"I..I don't know." Mahinang sagot ko.

"Are you still waiting for her?" She ask but I didn't answer her questions. " Tingin mo wala pa siyang asawa? Baka meron na 'yong anak e. Sa tagal narin ng panahon. Baka successful narin siya. "Nanatili parin akong tahimik dahil minsan narin 'yang sumagi sa isip ko. " Baka standard na siya ng iba." She caught me attention and she smirk when she saw my reaction. She's pissing me off again.

"Shut up." I only said.

"What? I'm just curious okay? Wala narin kasi akong balita tungkol sakanya. I heard she gave up her shares sa company nila at pinabili 'yong naiwan na mana niya from her Mom. After hearing that, we tried to contact her para kamustahin siya pero hindi na namin siya mahagilap. She just disappeared. "Kwento nito. " I met one of her friends and kahit sila wala ring alam kung nasaan ba siya. Maybe nasa abroad? If ever baka wala narin siyang balak umuwi rito cause for what nga naman diba?"

I bit my lower lip nang marinig ang sinabi niya.

"Kasalanan ko..." Bulong ko sa sarili ko but Tiffany heard me.

"At least you're aware." I didn't say anything kasi tama naman siya. Wala akong rights to defend myself not even a bit.

"Basta greatest love pa naman mahirap kalimutan. What if tatanda ka nalang na dalaga?" She tease again and I just rolled my eyes. "Dapat kasi tinuloy mo na kasal mo doon sa Garett na yon eh diba nag-propose siya sayo? Siya nga dahilan why you and Miss Mariano broke up e. "

"Stop dragging his name again, Tiff." I said. " Garett just saved us into a worse case scenario."
