INSUFFERABLE HUSBANDS

Meeting seokjin and hoseok on the way to his home was surprising.

Him and jimin haven't seen the rest of their team after their marriage a month ago and it's only yesterday taehyung heard his dear husband rant to him about how badly he was missing their hyungs. Taehyung had agreed to Invite all five of them to their house this weekend so taehyung believes he is going to give his husband a pleasant surprise now that he has let their hyungs tag alongside him to his home.

Tossing his car keys to the table in his living room, taehyung kicked his shoes away, watching both of his hyungs doing the same, seokjin's long fingers helping to undo the laces of hoseok's dirty sneakers.

Taehyung saw jin shake his head with a tired sigh, the look on his face so fond when he uttered a soft 'hobah', betraying the pretense of annoyance on his face. Taehyung did want to comment on the sudden red that bloomed on hoseok's cheeks from seeing the older of the three down on his knees to help him out of his shoes but knowing seokjin, taehyung thought it was wise to keep such teasings to himself, if he want to live that is.

Seokjin was one massive pain in the ass while taehyung was pinning over jimin. Taehyung isn't sure how the older caught in fast on his not-so-platonic feelings for his best friend, his lovely jiminie, when taehyung himself was trying to come into terms with the newly found surge of emotions for his best friend.

Well, taehyung didn't wake up one morning with a strong urge to kiss jimin cause, yes, the thought has been tormenting him since the day he has known jimin and his soft, plump, pillowy lips but it was mortifying to wake up one morning with an inexplicable heat in between his legs from having a wet dream about his best friend of ten years.

Taehyung admits that he has entertained the thoughts of jimin and him in that light, as lovers, as soulmates who promises a forever with a ring on each others hands and maybe it took taehyung almost half the number of years they have known each other to conclude that jimin and him was meant to be together in this life ( and hopefully in the ones to come) but if you are to ask the taehyung of the past and the taehyung of ten years from now that if he ever regretted kissing jimin out of the blue on the eve of Christmas, six days before his twenty sixth birthday then you'll get only one answer. He doesn't. Jimin was all along the missing piece taehyung kept on wishing for in his childhood. His other half, his soul twin.

If jimin held half of his heart before, he is now holding the lock to taehyung's whole heart.

Seokjin discovered his plight not soon after taehyung came to the realisation that what he feels for jimin isn't just simple affection (rather the itch to commit something spontaneous that likely begins with pulling jimin away, pinning him to the wall and kiss the smaller till both of their lips are bruised and sore). Taehyung still doesn't want to remember the amusement he saw in his hyung's eyes after he was caught red handed practically salivating on seeing jimin in a mesh top during one of their concerts.

It was never taehyung's intention to stare unashamedly like he was seeing jimin for the first time because believe him when he says he has grown immune to most of jimin's wardrobe collections. It's hard not to when the guy is arguably the sexiest person taehyung ever has the pleasure of meeting. Albeit begrudgingly, taehyung had learned long ago that he has to put up with a brave face if he wants to live with jimin.
