Tristan led Emily out of the house, and he locked the door. He climbs the stairs, and he is nervous. He can't believe he let himself fail his brother. He tries to compose himself, but he has tears in his eyes. He opens the door, and he stares at Blake and Gabe. All three boys will talk. Tristan(T), Gabe(G), and Blake(B).
(G) Tristan, you don't have to end your relationship.
(T) Let me talk please. You and Blake mean everything to me. You two are my family. I am so sorry I failed you. I was so wrapped up in her I neglected you. I am so sorry. What can I do for you to forgive me?
(G) Nothing, I already do.
(T) You do?
(G) You are the best big brother anyone could ask for. You buy me stuff, you take care of me when I am sick, and you help me understand how to be a better person. I love you and forgive you.
Tristan walks over and hugs Gabe. Blake is feeling really weak, and he tried to get off the bed and leave. He takes a few steps and Tristan stops him.
(T) Where are you going baby?
(B) I was going to give you two some alone time.
(G) No, we want you here with us.
(T) You are our family too.
Blake turns around and he falls. He got really dizzy and the room was spinning. He can hear Tristan and Gabe talking but he cannot understand what they are saying. Tristan touches his forehead, and he is burning up. He sends Gabe down to get the thermometer. Gabe brings it back and it is over one hundred and two again. Tristan lifts him on the bed, and he goes and gets the medicine. He gives Blake the medicine and takes his pants and shirt off. Blake tries to protest but Tristan does it anyway.
(T) We have to get the fever down. I am sorry, I know you are cold.
(B) Ok.
(G) Can I do anything to help?
(T) It is almost six thirty. Go to my bathroom and run a bath.
(G) How hot do you want the water?
(T) Do it a little on the warm side. Do not do it really hot.
(G) Ok.
Blake makes a face and Tristan comforts him.
(T) I am sorry. I am going to help you take a bath and see if we can get the fever down. It might also make you feel better. I know you don't like it.
(B) I trust you. I am ok with it. I am just tired and don't feel good.
(T) I know buddy.
(G) It's almost done.
(T) Ok, I am going to help him take a bath. Go and take your shower.
(G) Ok.
Tristan picks Blake up and carries him into the bathroom. He closes the door and Blake pees. He helps slide his boxers off and Blake slides into the bath. Tristan lets him lean back and Tristan starts washing him. Blake tried to apologize, and Tristan says it's ok. It is a natural thing, and it happens. He takes his time and helps get Blake clean. They finish up and he lets the water out. He helps Blake dry off and wraps a towel around his waist. He carries Blake to the bed and goes to Blake's room. He grabs some boxers and a shirt. He comes back in his room and Gabe is in there.
(T) Gabe remove the towel please.
Gabe pulls the towel off. Tristan slides the boxers up and sits Blake up to put the shirt on. He checks the temperature again. The medicine is working. It has come back down.
