Tristan and Gabe are sitting in the room with Blake waiting for him to wake up. He will get to go home today. Tristan is glad he is ok and it's just some bruises and a dislocated shoulder. He is worried about the concussion though. Javier brought the clothes to him, and the police arrived over an hour ago and took Deigo to jail. Javier has stayed sitting outside the whole time. He is not leaving without making sure Blake is ok.
The doctor walks in and checks on everyone and leaves. He informed them the medicine should be wearing off soon. Tristan and Gabe just sit there and wait. It has been almost three hours and all they want is for Blake to wake up. Gabe has been crying and Tristan is doing his best to calm him down. They sit there and they just wait.
Gabe gets up and heads to the bathroom. Tristan stays there and waits. Blake starts stirring in the bed. Tristan walks over and holds his hand. Blake opens his eyes, and he sees Tristan. He smiles but he is confused. Then he remembers Deigo throwing him down the stairs. He starts to panic, and Tristan sits beside him and comforts him. He realizes he does not have any clothes on and he just had an accident.
Blake starts to cry, and Tristan is trying to relax him. Blake calms down when Tristan hugs him and he just holds him. Gabe walks in and he walks over. He hugs Blake too and they sit there for a minute. They will talk.
(B) I had an accident.
(T) What do you mean?
(B) I peed on myself.
(T) That's ok, let me go and get the doctor. I will get some supplies and we can clean you up. Gabe stand here, I will be right back.
Tristan leaves the room and goes and talks to the doctor. He explains the situation and the doctor follows him back in. The nurse brings in a small bedside pan and some wash rags and towels with soap. Tristan thanks her and the doctor will talk to them.
(D) I can have the nurse do it.
(T) I will do it.
(D) Ok, let me know when you are done. We can get the iv out and we can let you all head home.
(T) Thank you.
(D) Yes sir.
(T) Gabe can you go stand in the hallway please?
(G) Yes.
Tristan closes the door, and he removes the cover. He feels the little tub with water, and he wets a wash rag. He helps Blake take the gown off and he helps wash him. It just got on his legs and his crotch area. Tristan gets everything washed off and dried. He helps Blake slide the shirt and shorts on and they sit on the chairs. Tristan opens the door and let's Gabe come back in. He gets the nurse, and she comes and takes the iv out.
She hands him the discharge paperwork with a prescription. It also has some notes for bad dreams or ptsd from the fall. Tristan lets Javier walk in before they leave and Blake freezes.
(J) Diego is not here. He went to jail. I promise he will not hurt you again Blake. I am so sorry he shoved you down the stairs.
(B) Ok.
(J) I will go, do you need any help getting to the truck?
(T) We are good, thank you though.
(J) No problem.
Tristan scoops Blake up and he carries him to the truck. Gabe is right on their heels. They get to the truck and Gabe opens the door. Tristan sits him in the back and helps him buckle. Gabe crawls in back beside him and sits with him. Tristan heads home and they all ride in silence. Tristan feels like he let Blake down all over again. He just got his old Blake back and now he had to go to the hospital.
