Tristan wakes up and Blake is cuddled up to him. He still feels bad from last night. All his classes are online today. He is going to try and make it up to them. He is taking them to the mall to do a little shopping, then they are going to visit Eli's grave. Blake cuddled up to his picture last night. Tristan feels Blake is missing Eli right now.
Tristan uses the bathroom, and he goes to the kitchen. He decides to make something the boys will like. He makes pancakes, eggs, and bacon. He is wanting the boys to be in a better mood this morning. He finishes cooking and Blake comes in the kitchen. He is looking down and Tristan is worried. The two will talk. Tristan(T) and Blake(B).
(T) Are you ok buddy?
(B) I am ok, I am sorry about yesterday.
(T) We are going to talk about that at breakfast. Do you need help with something?
(B) Yes.
(T) Come on we will go to the bathroom. Then you can go and wake Gabe up.
(B) Yes sir.
Tristan walks Blake to the bathroom and he does his business. He finishes and Tristan helps him wipe and wash his hands. Tristan leads him to his bed, and they sit down on the bed. He lifts Blake onto his lap, and he hugs him.
(T) I am sorry about last night.
(B) It's ok, I am sorry I was bad.
(T) We are going to talk during breakfast. Then we are going to go to the mall, then we are going to the cemetery. I want us to go and visit Eli.
(B) We don't have too.
(T) I want us too if you want too.
(B) Why?
(T) You were hugging his photo last night.
(B) I just put it there to trick my mind.
(T) What do you mean baby?
(B) I hate sleeping alone. I put the picture there and pretend someone is sleeping with me.
(T) I am sorry for the way I acted last night.
(B) Can I ask a question and not get in trouble?
(T) Yes baby.
(B) Why would I get in trouble for giving someone food. I know Gabe was bad but I could not see him go hungry.
(T) I lost my cool last night. All I can do is apologize. I need Gabe to start eating healthier though. I understand I have been to blame. I have not been home, and we have not been cooking. I feel like he could have tried a little harder last night. I was not asking for a lot. I need you two to get a balanced meal. I was not upset you snuck him food. I was upset you snuck him junk food.
(B) I understand, I am sorry I snuck him junk food. You knew he would not like that though. I feel like he was right on that part. You did apologize before you gave us the food. I do not want to get spanked but he was right.
(T) I understand and I will apologize to him over breakfast.
(B) Can I ask another question?
(T) Yes baby boy.
(B) Are you going to make something he likes?
(T) I am.
(B) Thank you.
(T) Can we go back to my original question?
(B) I am sorry, I forgot what it was.
(T) Do you want to go see Eli's grave today?
