Tristan wakes up first it is around eight in the morning. Emily's Parents are downstairs. He gets dressed and walks downstairs. Emily and Hannah are both with them. He invited them all in and they sit down. Tristan has a home office and he printed everything off. He places the files in front of the parents, and they read through everything. He then plays the video of Emily slapping Gabe and speaking to him like garbage. Her dad is beyond pissed. Her mom cries. Hannah acts surprised. Tristan(T), Emily(E), Hannan(H), Mom(M), and Dad(D).
(T) Hannah, I have these messages from you to Gabe.
He hands them another set of papers. They look through them and their faces go white. Hannah tries to intervene to save her ass. Their mom holds up her hand. The parents are both disgusted by the messages and pictures. They look at Tristan.
(D) I am sorry this has happened.
(T) I am sorry I had to bring this up. This is my baby brother and now I have custody of Blake and I do not want him to feel like I am going to allow this type of behavior. I have been nothing but fair, honest, and faithful to your daughter. She has gone behind my back and hurt my baby.
(M) She has and we will come up with a plan.
(D) I am sorry this happened.
(T) The first thing I want is the pictures deleted. She is nineteen and took a picture of my underage brother. Then she and Hannah both texted Gabe berating him and blackmailing him.
(D) I see that.
(M) Hand me your phones now.
(D) Enter the codes.
The dad hands them to Tristan. He deletes them and then goes in and deletes them from the deleted pictures. He then erases all the text messages.
(M) I am sorry this happened. What can we do?
(T) We are moving so the best option would be to keep their mouths shut. I know Emily, she likes to go on socials and make it a sob story. She was not the victim here. If she posts one thing, I go to the police for this underage picture. I will then go to her college and go to Hannha's school. Do I make myself understood?
(E) You can't tell me what I can post. I can deny all this and make it took like it was your fault.
(D) I will be right back.
The dad steps out and the mom looks at Emily like she is an idiot.
(M) Are you stupid?
(E) Me?
(M) Yes you.
(E) I am your daughter.
(M) Who took naked photos of his underage brother. That is a crime.
(E) You have to take my side.
The dad walks back in, and he is pissed.
(D) No, we do not. If Tristan had done this to Hannah, we would have him arrested.
(E) I don't care. You are my parents.
(D) We are and we love you. Tristan here is the plan. I have two gentlemen on the way. They will speak with you. You will show them the evidence. You will go and press charges with them. They will issue an arrest warrant for my daughter. She will then be charged and arrested. Then she can take this victim attitude to court.
(T) Sir, I don't want to ruin her life or embarrass my brother.
(D) I work as an assistant district attorney. I am duty bound to report this. That is what I did. If they show up and you deny the allegations that is your choice. I am giving you a way to make her pay. She victimized your brother and then tries to play the victim card. I want you to know we support you in any decision you make.
