Eve didnt needed to be told twice that she was needed there, as soon as she saw that message she ran to her motorcycle and sped up to her house. Whilst she told the other girl they would study, they both know what that was code for. The ride wasn't long but the thoughts running in her mind made it feel like hours.They weren't even together yet and she really wanted to make a good first impression to her family. Her older brother, Henry, was the same age as her, they knew of each other. He was the type of boy she could've seen her in the future with, but his sister, the forbidden fruit, was all she craved. And before she could over-think the overthinking she arrived, took a breath and rang the door. "What if they don't like me?", " What if they think I'm weird?" "What if.." was all she could think about. The next moment the door opened and hiding behind the door was a kid that she assumed was the younger brother of the soon-to-be star.
"Hey kid! I'm here for tutoring"she said confidently even though she was scared shitless of the opinion of the little kid. " Your sister" she continued when the silence became uncomfortable. The boy didn't say anything but point at the stairs, leaving Eve a bit of space for her to get in, the older girl wasting absolutely no time rushing for the stairs. As soon as she was upstairs she realized she had no idea what was Gracie's room. "What if i entered her parents room, that would be embarrassing." Of course it would be embarrassing, how could it not, but the universe seemed to be on her side today, the door she decided to open was thankfully, Gracie's.
"So your brother is cute" Eve says closing the door and letting herself fall onto the bed.
"August? yeah he s a good kid" Gracie says while looking in the room for her notes, even though she knew they wouldn't be needed.
"History huh? lets start on it, should we?" The hazel eyed girl spoke after she decided the air in the room became awkward.
"Yeah..History" Gracie mumbles as if she was disappointed.
The next hour flew by and they we're almost done with the project, something in the last chapter just wasn't right, so they left it at that, saying they'll get back to it after their break, but we all know that wasn't even half the truth.
"Lets play something. Truth or Dare? 21 questions? Your pick." speaks Eve leaving the project in the past.
"21 questions. Hit me"Gracie replies, agreeing that the time for the homework was done.
"So what's your passion?Got anything to share with me? Hidden talent, anything?" continues Eve curious about what the other girl was spending her time doing.
"I play the guitar, I sing, those kind of thinks" Replies the brown eyed girl shyly, she knew she was good, but deep inside her was that fear that it wouldn't be enough for Eve, or for everyone, hoping the other girl wouldn't ask to hear anything. But that's just not how things work.
"Play me something!" says Eve with a smile on her face, seemingly excited about that, wanting to desperately hear anything that the so-singer wanted to share. So Gracie played her, a song written FOR her, a secret that she wasn't willing to share.
"That was beautiful Gray, i swear." said Eve with a genuine and gentle smile that made the taller girl smile as well, Gracie didn't know if she was telling the truth, but a gut feeling buried deep inside her screamed that it was, so she pretender that it was. " I love your voice, it's something I could find myself addicted to" continued the older girl, compliment the other girl like it was a chore.
"Thank you, really, thank you" muttered the pale skined woman with a high-pitched voice.
As if on queue to disturb the comfortable silence, a stomach growled.
"You're hungry, aren't you?"Spoke Eve in a soft voice. " How about we go get some food? I'll drive" continues the girl weirdly excited.
"Yeah, that would be fine"
And so Gracie had to get over her fear of any vehicles that werent cars or planes. The ride went smoothly for one, while for the other it felt like the end of the world. It wasn't a long drive, maybe ten minutes if the traffic was stuck, but it felt like an eternity for the Abrams girl. As soon as they arrived they went in the more-or-less restaurant and ordered in. What they didn't know was that they weren't alone in there.

Hey guys, i want to start with an apology, i stopped writing because of personal issues and thats not an excuse but more of an explanation. Also what the fuck do you mean 3# in Gracieabrams??? My work sucks how tf did i manage that? So i wanted to thank you guys for staying with my story. Ill try to update a lot more but i'm not going to make any promises im not guaranteed to keep.
