Queen Scarletts POV:
I put down the golden fork on my plate. "What was that?!" I exclaimed, standing up from my chair. My husband, King Petal also stood up, his hazel eyes glued to the stained glass window. We were having a dinner party with the rulers of the Clover kingdom, Apricot kingdom, and retired King Good when we all heard this massive, booming sound!
We could see citizens piling up to look at where the sound seemingly came from — the Woodland, some with guards sailing to it, but some were already there, and some were coming back to Greenland. I looked back at Good, his face drenched in shock but also worry. "Get me the news as soon as possible," I told a guard, shooing her off with my hand. Turning to look out the window to the Woodland, I could just barely make out a few crashed towers.
"Do you know anything about that booming sound, Good?" I asked, the rest of the room silent, most struck with shock. "No, I don't," he responded, his eyes seeming to be glued to the window. I looked back at the window, seeing the guard I sent off the report back the news to me talking with a citizen who just got off a boat to the Woodland. A few minutes later, they rushed back in. "Well?"
"The Woodland — it completely destroyed — there's dead bodies everywhere."
