Evelyn's POV:
Queen Jade and her husband, King Willow, were nice enough to spare their guest rooms to Woodland royals and citizens. "Where are you going," a Clover kingdom servant asked, standing behind me. "To bathe," I responded, grabbing a book, heading into the bathroom connected to our guest room. The servant hurried over into the bathroom, turning on the water, the sounds of liquid pounding on the tub floor filling my and her ears. She opened a cabinet, scavenging for something.
I didn't pay much attention to it, taking the clip out of my hair, shaking my head to let my hair fall down to my shoulders and back. Placing the clip to the side, I slid my robe off and hung it up onto the top of the door, shutting it after. Bringing the book with me, I got into the bath, warm water sloshing around my legs. A wooden panel laid above my stomach, being held up by the two sides of the bathtub. I placed my book onto the panel, reading it as the servant came over with a steel bucket filled with water and a rag.
A few minutes passed as they washed my body and I read the book. Soon there was a knock on the door, Andrew's face peeking through the door. I looked up, placing my book down as I said, "Come in." The servant placed her bucket and rag to the side, exiting the room as Andrew entered. He went up to the sink, taking out a toothbrush and toothpaste. "So, uh, what do you think we should do about the whole bombing?" he asked, sliding the toothbrush into his mouth.
