Welcome Home! (Mini chapter)

Nya's POV

It's good to be back home! Spencer and I just got off our flight and are headed home.

"You think everyone missed us while we were gone?" I asked.

"Of course they did, they can't survive without us," Spencer replied

"Good point," I said with a smirk.

Once we got in the driveway, Spencer got the bags out of the trunk and when I opened the front door, everyone was standing in the living room and yelled Surprise!

"Hi mommy." Reina said as she jumped into my arms.

"Hey munchkin, go say hi to your father."

"Ok" Reina replied.

I have serenity a hug first considering she was taking care of our daughter while we were gone.

"Thank you so much for taking care of her."

"Of course Nya." Serenity said.

I hugged Derek, Hotch, Penelope, Rossi, Emily, and JJ. 

"I'm really glad you guys are back." JJ said.

"Yeah, how was it in Paris?" Derek asked.

"It was amazing." Spencer said as he walked past.

"Mmm, how was the sex?" Emily asked.

"Seriously?" I asked.

"Sex is always better on vacation." Emily said.

"The sex was amazing, but that's not the point." I responded.

"The point is, we had an amazing time, we saw the Eiffel Tower, went site seeing, took a cooking class, and had a cruise dinner, all in the span of 3 days." Spencer said as he stood beside me.

"Exactly." I said in agreement. 

"Mommy, I have a gift for you and dad." Reina said.

"What is it sweetheart?" I asked. 

"It's a picture of all of us." Reina replied.

"Aww, it's perfect, I'll put it up." I said.

Reina drew of a family picture and it even included the rest of the team. It was so precious.

"I think we have a potential artist on our hands." Emily said.

"Definitely, she's already showing a lot of skill." JJ said.

"Come on darling, I'll help you put it up." I said to Reina.

Spencer's POV

I went to talk to Derek since he was outside on the balcony. 

"What's up genius." Derek said

"What are you doing out here on your own?" I asked

"Just thinking."

"About what exactly?" I asked

"My future with serenity."

"Are you not sure you want to be with her anymore?"

"No I do, believe me, it's just I finally said I love you, earlier today and she didn't say it back."

"Oh Derek she loves you, look at the way she looks at you, and the way she smiles every time you even walk into a room, the way she respects and cares for you, that's love."

"Look at you being the love expert." Derek said.

"Ive had a lot of practice." I said while looking back at Nya inside.

"Nya is a handful isn't she?"

"Yes, but I love her. Love is also having patience. Plus I don't know what I would do without her."

"We have really good women by our side." Derek said.

"Yes we do, Nya and I were thinking about starting IVF soon, getting Reina a little sibling."

"Congrats, I really hope it works out." 

"Thanks." 

I looked at Nya who was inside the house helping Reina find a place to put her drawing and she looked right at me and smiled. She will never cease to amaze me. She's such an amazing person and even when she angers me, I still love the hell out of her and I always will.
