The aftermath of the whole spirit interrogation left the library in a state of befuddling disarray. Celestial tomes were scattered across the endless shelves, divine orbs of pure luminescent light hovered aimlessly, and the astral crystals dimmed with everlasting silence and muted purpose.
Luminara and Umbra surveyed the celestial mess, exchanging bemused glances. It seemed that, in their pursuit of purification, they had inadvertently created celestial chaos within the sacred celestial haven.
"Cleaning, huh? Seems like even the astral realms have their mundane tasks," Luminara sighed, shaking her wrists and she honestly began to wonder if she could just leave the library in its current state. Umbra, with a sheepish grin, conjured the Outcast Shadows to assist in the dreadful cleanup.
"You're kidding me, you're making the Outcast Shadows do our dirty work? roll up the sleeves of your fancy coat your getting messy too!" Luminara said. "Awwh..." Umbra groaned.
The celestial library, once a haven of celestial knowledge, now required the attention of it's patrons. Luminara and Umbra worked side by side, returning celestial tomes to their designated celestial shelves, carefully arranging celestial orbs, and restoring the celestial ambiance that had been momentarily disrupted.
As they worked, the spirits of the library that inhabited the realm observed with interest. Wisps of celestial energy floated around them, as if curious about the duo that had dared to disturb the celestial sanctity.
"Hey, Umbra, you know you could've warned us about the consequences of the ritual," Luminara teased, dusting off a particularly ancient celestial tome.
"Hey, I'm not a celestial encyclopedia. I didn't know the spirits would throw a tantrum," Umbra retorted, chuckling. "Besides, you seem to be enjoying the celestial cleanup."
Luminara shot him a playful glare. "Enjoying is a strong word. But I suppose there's a certain satisfaction in restoring order."
"Which seems to be the exact opposite of what you do" Luminara mumbled under her breath.
The cleanup continued, and with each celestial tome returned to its divine place, the library regained its beautiful tranquility. The astral crystals brightened, and the celestial spirits seemed appeased by the duo's celestial efforts.
"Hey! They have a book to do with strengthening mental health" Umbra said, picking up a sleek turquoise and white book. "13 things mentally strong people don't do" Umbra read. "Oh! It's Amy Morin! She's an absolute idol! You better handle that book carefully" Luminara said. Umbra flipped through the pages quickly. "Wow, sounds like everything you do!" One of the shadows chuckled. "Hey! Give me that!" Luminara said, snatching the book.
"Wow that's sad Umbra" Luminara teased, returning the book to where it was before.
Xyn and the Weather Dancers, having momentarily fled the celestial scene, returned to find Luminara and Umbra diligently engaged in their celestial chores. Xyn raised a celestial eyebrow, a mixture of surprise and amusement crossing her celestial features.
"Cleaning up, I see. Well, at least you're taking responsibility for your actions," Mist remarked, Luminara couldn't see his face, but she could tell he was suppressing a smile.
"We wouldn't want the celestial spirits holding a grudge against us," Umbra replied, offering a shrug.
The celestial duo, guided by the celestial knowledge of the library, worked together to restore order and tidiness. As the last tome found its celestial place, a sense of accomplishment filled the air.
"WOO! Bet you if the library could speak, it would thank you for your 'super duper' diligence," Xyn said, her voice carrying a colloquial note of approval. "Now, let us continue our celestial journey with renewed purpose."
