The desert landscape seemed to rip apart. The once barren desert now unfolded into a lush forest of incomprehensible beauty. The ground beneath her feet shimmered with hues of gold, resembling a blanket of glistening snow interwoven with strands of crystal grass. Instead of rocks and pebbles, the landscape was adorned with precious gems—rubies and rose quartz—scattered like jewels across the forest floor. The trees towered above her, their trunks and branches gleaming with a silvery-white color that seemed to dance in the ethereal light. Instead of conventional foliage, the branches were adorned with a mesmerizing sight—the twinkling glow of stars nestled amidst the intricate web of branches.

The air hummed with an otherworldly melody—a symphony of whispers and rustling leaves that seemed to echo with ancient secrets. The occasional creaking of the silver-white trees added to the surreal ambiance, creating an eerie yet enchanting atmosphere that enveloped her senses.

Over time, they had become one with the forest, their existence now intertwined with the cycle of life and death that permeated the surreal landscape. Surprisingly, there was no scent of decay or rot despite the presence of skeletal remains hidden among the branches.

But one question lingers. What- or who killed them?

"Weird choice of fertilizer..." Lapis mumbled.

Umbra crawled out of one of the tree's shadows, holding another person.

"Who's that? Why are they here??" Ravewyn asked. The other guy with Umbra seemed very energetic, as he jumped up and down and shifted from foot to foot. "He's nobody important, just a friend" Umbra grumbled, grabbing his 'friend' by the neck and moving him behind them.

"Hello!- Oh sorry give me a second..." Umbra's friend held his neck and beat his chest.

"I'm Aaron!" Umbra's friend called out, waving at her from behind Umbra. Luminara smiled, and waved back. Ravewyn was death staring at him, and frankly so was Umbra.
